Morning all
Just trying to catch up.
Re the weight thing - I had a pre preg BMI of 40 and now at 22 weeks I've put on 13ld so have a BMI of 42 so I wasn't exactly a small girl to begin with
Neither my consultant or any of the midwives have said anything but the scanner does keep making digs about how difficult it is to scan fat people!
During my latest scan I did make the remark well "what do you want me to do start a radical diet and excerise plan now!" and she just huffed so I'm just ignoring her. At the end of the day it really is a little late for me to do anything now isn't it
In terms of extra appointments I'm being scanned at 28, 32 & 36 weeks as apparently I'm too fat for the tape measure test so they need to check the baby's growing and I'm not eating it also I'm having the GTT.
Snuffilin - HUGE CONGRATS
astonsmummy - Sorry to hear about your OH - I've not long gone through my 4th consectutive redundancy. Hopefully something will come up soon
MFD - Massive labour vibes for you
Mrs Moc - Good luck for your scan today
Skintchick - Glad your scan went well
As for me, I'm doing OK - FIL is finally coming home today after 9 weeks in hospital so just my mum to come out now and everything can start getting back to normal. :T A bit worried that I'm still not feeling the baby move. I know everythings OK as the heart is beating like mad, but what's the latest anyone has felt it?You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same0 -
