Thanks for the info on the scans :)
What I'm actually after is like a repeat of yesterday's, but with more explanations. OH is a very curious about the insides thing again (you know where they show you all the organs, etc) - would a 4d scan be right for that or is it a 2d one I need?

Also the scan bloke did say something which threw us a bit.. he said he was 95% sure it was a boy then a few sentences later (when I'd said "oh everyone seemed convinced it was going to be a girl..") he shrugged and said "oh maybe I got it wrong then!". I'm sure it was just a cheeky comment cos it might have sounded like I was accusing him of being wrong (and it is his job, after all!) but OH just wants to be sure before we buy lots.. :D

We paid £65 for our 2d sexing scan but she did a check as well. Said it would be 15 mins but we were in there 30 while she went over all bits and pieces and told us everything, including a trace showing the blood flow to the placenta. Was really reassuring as I have had problems in the past with that. Also having a really good look at the top of the brain after DS no.1 had cysts all over his at 20 weeks.
Too many children, too little time!!!

Thanks Sami and tara! :) I'm off out to Tesco now so will have a look at that site when I get back.

I have an urge to buy things - luckily I have an excuse.. One of the Chinese guys who works for our parent company but has been seconded to us is going home soon because his wife is pregnant (and we don't think he'll be coming back to us after the stunt the other pregnant wife pulled! ;)) so I want to get him something English to take back for the baby.

    Back later xx

I was in maternity clothes at 12 weeks this time as well (baby no4) Im normally a size 10, but at 19 weeks im huge, and nothing except maternity fits.

Could be something to do with satisfying all the sugar cravings im getting. Sitting now with a massive box of chocolates cheering myself up and hsve put my feet up.

Think my marriage may be finally over, havent seen my darling husband since Sunday, he's a recovering alcoholic, sober over a year but has been spotted doing a round of the local bars.

Oh well another pregnancy without him, I feel okay though so must be in shock or something.

Mrs Moc, I'm sorry to hear about your husband :( Have you got any support? Do you go to Al-Anon?
