    You are right no question. if that is true?.But i was just pointing out the options available from my perspective as a union advisor (EX) AND TO TAKE ADVICE..LEGAL AND MEDICAL ..We never really know what we are going to do in 2 weeks though do we?.
    I played football one saterday..THE next day my life as i knew it was over.

    OK, I've finally seen where you're coming from.

    However, I still don't see how the OP's husband can in all honesty say he's not fit for work and, as ESA is such a "what can you do" rather than "what can't you do" benefit, I don't think this idea has any mileage in it.
