Well I've tried numerous mops and power mops and have now resorted to brushing, picking up in a dustpan and getting down on hands and knees with cleaner fluid and cloth to wash and buff to avoid streaks...I'll risk a tenner and report back.

Mine also arrived today, the box was on its last legs and completely unstuck and open.

Can I just ask, I have noticed some people saying that they have spare cloths in there as well. I only have the one attached to the mop itself, did you all have extra's?

I have just called Bissell and the lady has said that one is all i should have got,

You might want to call them again as the actual wording of the ad says you get an extra one:

I ordered mine last Tuesday but there was a problem with my payment going through so I phoned on Thursday and it was delivered today.Comes with 2 bottles of cleaner and a spare pad.Have just put it on charge so don't know how it performs.Hope it does a good job.Will post again after I use it.

Same for me. I just used it and it was really good. I've got two LOs and a white ceramic tile kitchen floor, nightmare combination :rolleyes: I think this mop will be worth its weight in gold! Some of the reviews I read moaned about the suction, but I found it fine. Sucked up plenty from my floor anyway :rotfl:
