Hi, I ordered one last week and recived mine on Friday very impressed with it. Comes complete with 3 pads and 2 sample bottle of cleaning fluid.
Great for laminate and tiled floors.
wish mine would hurry up....ive tried nearly every cleaner available for my laminate and tiles.......i got a Vax Kone too!!!!!!! got mine for tenner from B&Q and well impressed with it:D
 Am thinking of a new one:beer:
  • It's a tenner including delivery  We have bought it solely for its wood/laminate floor-wiping features. Instead of getting the dyson out, for bits of fluff we use the Vax Kone :D
Sorry to exasperate you but a tenner is a lot of money to some people.
I just wanted to help people make a balanced decision. The review said: "What a disappointment. I would never recommend it for any one. It does not perform as stated. It does not vacuum well and the mopping leaves much to be desired as it streaks, etc".
I just wanted to stop people going  when they got it.

    are the refills expensive?

I got one already on the vac and 3 spare ones. I put 2 in the washing machine.

You only get 12 minutes from a full charge best bet vac round first flip over and then wash floors.

Whilst I accept your point, it really does depend whether you are a glass half empty or glass half full type, I suppose. For instance, a cursory glance at the reviews of this on Amazon US indicate an average of 4 stars out of 5 . There are 6 x 5 star reviews, 2 x 4 star reviews and 2 x 1 star reviews. One is headed 'I LOVE this little machine!!!' and one is headed 'A very terrible product!' Who to believe? For a tenner, I'll take my chances. If I don't like it, I can't see me losing any money on it on the secondhand market..

HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??
  • I'm a glass is half full but like to hear both sides. I just think there is an overuse of the ' ' symbol by some people.
I think a lot of people hesitate to post as they know they get shot down.

I agree .... if you look into anything too much you will always find someone who thought it wasnt good.....they may have paid full price and expected more from it!!! but for a tenner inc delivery its worth a shot for me anyway:D

Agreed, and please accept my apologies, it's not a symbol I use much and I agree it *can* be annoying. :o Friends again? :D

I've got the flip it mains one from Bissell and it's great. I think this one is more like the rechargable hand held hoover things you can get, great for the odd job but not for cleaning the whole house
