Aww JordanShannon - an eventful short life so far  *hugs to you*
I have to say, isn't it amazing how you do cope with cack things. I woke up on Wednesday and thought "ugh could this week get any worse"...in about 30 seconds I'd thought of 100 ways it could be worse so decided to get up anyway and face the day head on ! Whoop! :T:rotfl:You have to keep smiling as that is the only thing that gets you through.:D:D:D:D:D:D:D (and with such shiny teeth, who could stop me from smiling!)
I have issued a private PM apology to PLM for cutting her off in such untimely fashion on the old thread. I feel awful but luckily she said she wouldn't strangle me just yet, she'd leave that until another day when she was bored! :rotfl::D
Sylphy - Lovely gifts, love baileys too
Right...I'm up for the journal jars for mothers day! I shall henceforth investigate what this is... feel like Dad might be getting one for his birthday soon too (at the rate this family is going down the pan anyway...) I shall report back with information on journal jars...
:ABeing Thrifty Gifty again this year:A

You can tell Sylph is back  That woman will do 1000 posts herself before friday.. Just kidding K :rotfl: I love what you made for valentines, your OH must have felt so spoilt.. you're lovely :heartpuls. I love your new jacket.. that is SERIOUSLY gorgeous! Your whole valentines stuff puts me to shame. You are one talented lady. saw this and thought of you:
No one has to know what this is about, right :rotfl:
Aurora I seriously miss christmas :xmastree: I think we should all meet up and pretend it is christmas LOL When it was all snowy the last fortnight I really felt like I wanted to move christmas to february.. Just after all the sales and right amidst the snow! Dare I next year?? :shhh: I PM'd Shevs but got nothing back
BunBun You're awesome. :heartsmil That scrapbook page you made was absolutely beautiful, did he like it? I love that title you put in the middle.. the colour and font just tied it all together perfectly. You can ask me anything any time but I am pretty sure you are going to be the one receiving questions soon if you keep on making such lovely stuff!!
Mhagster I am a Take a Break girl!! I just make up all of my posts so that you feel like you're reading Woman's Own but for free.. Hope you appreciate it..
paddington Oh my.. you REALLY made me LOL!!:rotfl: How much craft stuff do you have on these shelves?? I was miffed today because I knocked a jar of chipboard letters into a washing pile but I think you win hands down:T Wonder what your trousers smelt like that made the cat want to mark his territory? Stroked a dog or rubbed against a plant.. not in a sexual way.. :grouphug: Obviously he/she (not saying you have a transgender cat) wants to mark you all for themselves and who can blame them! :cheesy:
Natzini i keep uhhming and arring over the new kit and don't know whether it is worth it or not. I would love to see what you create with it. Where are the pics of all of your lovely things
Rainmac I treat my children like they are made of glass sometimes and all I did was pop to the loo and my very mature (at the time 3) year old decided to do a jump on the bed. All I heard was this ginormous bump and a scream. He had fell onto a my little pony and it had split under his eye open _pale_ The odds of it happening! I know how you feel when the guilt hits and the sickness you feel at your child being in pain.. especially when you have already got enough going on today and you think.. ANYTHING ELSE?? But it is over now.. and you can have a laugh and make some brilliant things with us. I am so glad to hear your son is feeling a lot better xx
Sarah My lovely special SarahHere is a kinda useless but virtual present for you :coffee: hehe!! You have been very quiet lately in terms of being descriptive on your day. Your life can not seriously be as boring as mine  My dad was talking about pinatas the other day or should I say 'them weird donkey things you smash' as me dad said.. and I gave him a real good description on how to make one.. can't think who taught me that
JS Sounds a bit like a discount shop LOL I never knew there was so much history to you.. you poor thing x I adore you and I would have loved to have a little sister like you when I was growing up.. I did have a little sister.. she was just a pain in the !!!. Where's a bum emoticon when you need one?? If you ever need anyone I am always here for you xx
Scattymam I used to go to Bingoport when someone on here recommended it to me. They told me the best way was to keep playing the slots as you win big. I kept playing the slots and posting loads.. never won!! Gave up after that but I should have done it your way. I miss Christmas all the time.. Easter just doesnt cut it! :EasterBun:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0 -
Hi all,
Been discussing moneysaving with my hubby and he's finally realised how much better out life will be without debt!
So...we'd agreed not to buy anything for valentines and would just give each other 'time' instead (even tho he works long hours).
I cross-stitched him a card as a suprise and then he really suprised me... He'd taken a photo of our wedding day and made it into a beautiful card with a very heartfelt message. It was a very emotional moment when I read it and it certainly earnt him browny points!!
I'm a very lucky lady.... or at least I think so ;o)"There's a little witch in all of us"🔮🪬🧿DEBT FREE 06/2018Mrs SD’s Decluttering 2025 ⭐️ 🥇0 -

)
Oh yeah, i spent even more on craft bits today, i know i'm naughtyoops still i've got all the embellishment etc that i'm going to use, i don't want to use too many as it would look like an over decorated christmas present, although i think as it's mel i might just do that to get the festivities back for you
Thanks Sylph i shall be using the recipe for OH on our 'anniversary' and for my mum for mothers day (although may use tia maria as she loves it) and i will also doing one for OH mum although it will be alcohol free as she wont drink.
..xxI am only me, no pretences, no second guesses.. It's the best I can do, I'm sorry if that's not good enough for you... I'm sorry I'm not good enough for you :A0 -

You are a very lucky lady indeed, you OH sounds very thoughtful, wish my oh was like that, he is lovely and i am so lucky to have him, he spends a lot on me but i wish he would use his nogging and think of something that involves as little spend as possible  Still he does spoil me so thats brilliant:rotfl:

I'm not really sad and lonely by the way!
Just would rather not be on my own for weeks but that is just the way OH job goes!!!0 -
Mrsgibbs1503That sounds so sweet and lovely.. what a wonderful hubby you have. Have you decided what you will do to start saving money? It must make it ten times easier to have his love and support behind you x
Bikerchick I thought about going to some craft show too. I can't get to the stitches show in London as I don't drive and it is too long a journey by train as I have to be back to look after the kids (my husband is in a wheelchair). Are you gonna go to stitches?
Rufus You're my kida girl.. pancakes all year round!! I love them so much. Lemon and sugar mmm Have you ever been to the pancake house in center parcs? I am makin you out to be some kinda of pancake addict now aren't I oops sorry!!
Goochie if you ever want to share anything then I am always here to listen x Thanks for your kind words, it means a lot. I am happy and smiling again now.. think it was one of those weekends!
Rusty My god you cracked me up when you said you was going to throw his tent in the bin!! haha!! You go woman.. different attitude and a much more positive and brilliant you today for sure. I have always followed the same threads as you and have seen your posts. I once posted to you because I was so angry when your husband said your star wars cake was embarassing and made you upset. Together... we can make each other happy and the men can be miserable on their own, right?
