Ooooh the bucket list is sooo gooodGlad you laid on the tears, if it gets the job done:rotfl:I used to goto the docs all the time, now i ust don't bother, they think i'm wasting there time (their own fault they should have tanken my tonsils out!!)
Brought two dresses off ebay today, was a bit expensive but i'm going to make up for it, i've put on three ebay items tonight, i'm putting on at least three tomorrow and i'm going to keep adding, thought if i did the 99p items first would pay for postage for the heavier items.
I also looking at my casting call emails, so maybe can make a bit of money that way, will only go up if a) I have the money to get up there B)or someone can drive me up there.
Hopefully i'll get an £80 portfolio done for my Christmas as i really want to have a go at it for a while.
My first nappy cake is finally competely finished, it looks better now so i will get some pics of that and upload to the computer and on here and so i can print some off as evidence of my work:j
Onto my next one, its a Baby Looney Tunes one, thought i could sell on Etsy as the US like themed ones. I got a brush and comb set, a baby bottle, a teether and a babygrow all with the Baby Looney Tunes on it.
I am SOOO excited and really happy. I have to admit, i've been a little down recently with everything, but all i'm really worried about now is my finances, need to get on with some serious earning.
Heres a list of what i could do to get some cash:
Ebay (starting)
Bingoport (check)
Music Magpie (need to start rifling through the CDS)
Amazon (few books to sell)
Dooyou (need to do more reviews)
Make more nappy cakes (need money to buy nappies etc)
Send off phones to envirophone etc
Ummm.................................. that all i can think of, i really need to 'HOP to it' (as they say) so i can get going also i could add 'serious job' onto the list lmao:rotfl:
I have another idea for the Christmas advent just need to put a bit of money towards it.
Love and hugs to everyone
..xxI am only me, no pretences, no second guesses.. It's the best I can do, I'm sorry if that's not good enough for you... I'm sorry I'm not good enough for you :A0 -
What a nightmare rusty - can you take OH with you next time even if he sits in the waiting room? A bit of moral support might work wonders.
I've borrowed the bucket list but haven't watched it yet - will make some time to see it.
Really need to list some stuff on eBay - was I dreaming or do things sell better if they finish on Thursdays or Sunday evenings?
Wish I'd had my new laptop when Jammy's challenge was on I've made £5 from surveys this week that I would have got screened out of for not having flash.
Have a great day - I have loads of work to do and OH is sat here with a cold feeling miserableOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Rusty, me, my husband and sis in law have all had terrible pain with back problems, my sister had sciatica as well. I was so bad I could not move off the floor at one point for 3 hours. Had to get my toddler to get the phone so I could call someone.
Anyways the point is - we never got any help or success with doctors or hospitals. We went to the chiropractors and have never looked back - they are expensive but most will see you the same day you phone (they want your business and you could walk out the first session totally altered). At first you may have to go twice a week until they sort you out, but it's to the point now where I only go once a month (as a preventative measure) most people get instant results though with their first session. Again the expense is high but when you're faced with that much pain I think you'll do anything!!Hope something gets sorted for you soon x0 -
I think of the chiropractors as insurance for my body - I mean we pay car insurance and home insurance so what's 250pounds a year when it's to look after yourself!!!0

Hi all, Hope you are feeling more comfortable today Rusty, but definitely keep up the pressure on the docs...regarding other therapies like chiropractors and stuff,I am with HSA which I pay around £30 month for me but this covers me for new glasses once a year (or contacts) and my dental costs and then they pay I think 50% of the fees for other therapies, I had accupuncture a few times and claimed half back for that...it works well for me as I think of the money as savings towards my glasses/dental costs...
I have never heard of the bucket list, but am intrigued now, so will look it up on amazon later..
I am poorly today, am aching all over and have a sore throat, was in London at the weekend to celebrate my birthday (tomorrow 40 ) so hope I didn't pick up swine flu on tube!!!!!!
Hope you are all having a good day....by the way love the card for your Mum rainmac
Good luck with your 'to do' list JS, I am supposed to be doing a mountain of ironing whilst my girls are at Nursery but don't think its going to happen

Scatty - what do they do at chiropractors, I've been thinking of going to one for years.
I was messing about with my OH last night and he hurt my shoulder, wasn't too bad at the time but a few hours later I was in tears with itI thought it'd be ok today but couldn't sleep coz of it and I can't even dress myself today! I was supposed to be popping into CAB to observe some interviews but had to cancel
she said not to worry tho coz I've got plenty of time.
I just rang my OH and he's grumpy with me for not going! I think he thinks I'm faking it, that's coz he doesn't want to admit he hurt me!
My laptop isn't working still so I'm using my iPhone but it's a bit annoying. I've got to buy a new charger for £26
Rusty - tell your doctor you want some co-codamol, it's great, probably make you woozy or sleepy but it'll help better than nurofen.
So I am looking forward to a very boring day, no laptop and a gammy shoulder! Haven't even got a decent book! Going to take the auilt down and watch DVDs all day. Think happy & you'll be happy
I :heart2: my doggies

I have just been lurking on this thread and have to comment. Get on the phone to the doctors now, tell the reception that if they wont see you today you will go to your nearest A&E department. when A&E complain that you shouldnt be there and you should see your GP tell them you went to the GP and relay exactly what they told you at your appointment.
your GP surgery will get an absolute roasting for it by the hospital.
Sorry for sticking my nose in but this kind of thing makes me really mad. I am a nurse, my oh is a doctor, we were both taught very early on that 'pain is what the patient said it it' and given that you are obviously not a drug addict no health professional should tell you that you pain killers are working if you tell them they arnt.
As i dont know your medical history i wouldnt like to tell you what to take but there are so many things you could be prescribed. Ibuprofen is not a great drug to take if its not working.
Please dont sit at home in pain, if it is really bad you should even requset a home visit and dont take no for an answer. ill get off my soap box now, it just makes me and OH cross as it gives the rest of us in the NHS a bad name.
Sorry, ill leave your thread in peace now i promis.DFW NERD NO.656 DEBT FREE 24TH NOVEMBER 2010 TOTAL DEBT AUGUST 2007 £39000MFiT T2 NO.56 WE OWN [STRIKE]25%[/STRIKE] 31.5% OF OUR HOUSE SO FAR!0
