Mel will be thrilled she's got you buying brads and flowers I'm sure:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
i think this is a fab idea PLM as will no doubt be thrifty and will definitely be gifty (as long as a simple minded soul like me can make something half decent to give as a gift of course!)
Let us know what materials we need etc etc looking forward to it!
Yep you can make gifty stuff, you gave me beautiful gifts at the NEC:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

And scallop edge 12x12 card ... and scallop edged cards ...
I will be thrilled when they arrivealthough hoping they come when OH is out :rotfl:
I love your CCC challenge card ... absolutely beautiful! ... even OH said wow! and he just normally sits and grunts and nods in agreement! I am trying to cheat ... I am desperatly wanting to join in the CCC card cause I am rubbish with sketch cards, so want to prove to myself I can do it. but also trying to incorperate it into the water theme aswellis that allowed?

I was reading someone's blog the other day who entered one card for 7  challenges so think it's ok.
I'm hoping my mad about cards order comes before OH gets home tomorrow as he went a bit funny when my latest eBay stuff arrived this afternoon - maybe coz I wouldn't open it while he was there :rotfl:. Why do I feel guilty spending money it's not like I do much elseOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

:rotfl: I feel guilty for spending this money that I earnt through jammys challenge ... but bills have been paid and food in the cupboards and even money to OH so why shouldn't I ... just dont want him to see it arrive ... would be ok when I come to use it cause I can just put it in craft box and he will never think twiceRaising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0

Rainmac I am laughing at how you posted a message to mel and one to PLM, are we two different people? Hmm I am a gemini
I can't wait to see what you produce for the stall. I got my clipboards from poundland really cheap but also found them in cheapy shops do you have any like that by you? The kind that sells all sorts of tat.
Rusty I can not take the blame for the scalloped cards, it's Rainmac who has been flaunting them all over the placeI do love my scallop punch and cardstock though *swoon* Check out docrafts.co.uk for cheap stamps in the sale.

Just a quick note for the people that like to get the mag I am in (My god you are all so sweet xx) From July they are conjoining with DoCrafts Creativity magazine and ceasing production of Creativity Life. This is a brilliant step because it means that instead of coming out once every 4 months, it will now be out bimonthly and DoCrafts Creativity is also much more widely available.
I am so excited for crafting (QVC) on friday i'm going to pee myself. I love National scrapbooking day!!! Hope there is some decent stuff on, like perhaps some K and Company jumping into my basket
Paddy I always feel guilty and I hardly buy anything new these days because of it. I just think what the kids could have or what I could do to the home for the money and just exit the shop. It's ridiculous really because I never buy anything for me, not even new clothes. Get the violin out :rotfl:QVC on friday is gonna make me spend and if they don't all the National Scrapbooking day sales will :T
Furrypig I am glad you are gonna take part :jRight now, all you need to do is think about existing projects that need completing or crafts you have thought about doing in the past and gather the materials for them. When I release project details on Rudy day you will be able to decide if they're naff then :rotfl:
I went to Ikea today spent 75 pounds by accident. Oh dear, at least I'm not doing the challenge. I'm the Christmas lady, Jammy is the one with the halo:A
:j I LOVE SHOPPING (oh and Subway) :j:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0 -
I did wonder who PLM's alter ego Mel was when I read the post!
Got a bargainous gift for dd2 , a Hannah Montana doll reduced to £3.50 from £10.99. Will be put away for christmas.
Tried to add money onto the gift cards I had bought in Tesco last week, was told I could when I got them, the intention being to put a fiver on each one when I could. Till said NO! Supervisor said no and customer services didn't know, duty manager didn't know......will go to head office!!! On the plus side, got my fruit and veg cheapy cheap and bread cheap.......a tasty little choccy pud down to 20p and a plant for my garden reduced. Brilliant bargains.
I am up for your crafty challenge Mel/Plums/PLM......!0 -
