Just popped on to send a pm to Jamtart with my challenge figure as I have just worked out my total profit on my ebaying which finished on Sunday and at £43.11 so am pleased with that.....I am going away tomorrow till 19th so might not managed anything else (but will try)...havn't been able to keep up with posts this week as am madly trying to get everything sorted for going away...finished my flannel bunnies last night for the ladies in my family and also have sort of done my sisters nappy cake (she is currently 3 days overdue!!! so not long now) but I didn't have any big elastic bands so it looks sort of drunk (more like a nappy jelly than cake lol)

Will hopefully catch up with you all properly later...Hugs to all my thrifty friends that need one xxx

Morning ladies, hope everyone is ok and sending massive hugs to all those who need them.

Jammie, sorry to hear things aren't too good with your grandad :( hope you are staying strong.
I do have a new updated total and I am approx £85 off my £500 target, I may well ask you for a new level if I can do this one sooner rather than later, but that is for another day when you have less on your hands.

I wrote a big long reply then decided to delete it all.

Have a good day all xxx

No don't press delete, I would have enjoyed reading your long reply, would delay me having to start the ironing ;)

Hope you have a fab holiday Cheryl. I posted my mum and dad's flannel bunny and chick and they apparently arrived with only one eye each so either mr postie was a bit rough with my parcel or I used rubbish glue ;)

Good luck to your sister, I'm sure she'll love the nappy cake :D

Thankyou hun, that feels more reachable!!! ... although when you first said £500 I thought that wasn't reachable.
    Thankyou once again.

p.s I am allowed to be sad. :( long story and I won't bother to post it as I am sure it is just me being stupid :(

Jammy - Glad you weren't called out in the night - all our prayers (to who or whatever) must have worked for you. I wish you peace.

Rusty - I had a day like that yesterday but am a bit better today - keep kicking the ironing basket - mine glares at me too! I put the iron on then come & sit on here not very MSE for my electric bill! Love your new target......

Have a good holiday Cheryl & Mhagster - hope the sun shines for you.

Scattymam - What is pine cone research?

PLM - I'm amazed & slightly scared to hear about blood bars - I don't 'do' blood in any shape or form - I faint. I second all comments about your way with words - get writing for a living......

Hayley - Are you up yet?

What is it with the attitude of these ironing baskets! They don't have a clue how damned lucky they are!!! getting to sit there and watch the world go round and do absolutely nothing ... yet oh no! We get nothing but bad attitude and glaring looks from them!!! I think they should be banished!!!!!!!
