Morning ladies, I am wondering if anyone can help me .... I am looking for a kids scooter for my daughter (wow she is way too young I hear you shouting!) well anyway this one is from 10 months and has 4 wheels and is small, she trys to ride her brothers and holds on whilst I pull her on it. Anyway it is a pooh one. The cheapest I have found it is £18.99 + postage on ebay, does anyone know where sells these at a more reasonable price??

Rusty - sorry no idea where to get a scooter from for your daughter. Well done with your bargains from Wilko's I saw the Dove stuff in ours @ weekend and it was about £5:eek: I would have got it if it was cheaper - maybe I'll go & have a look later in the week.

Thankyou Marg, I find it amazing that I can get a scooter for my son locally for about £7 yet because this one has pooh on it and is for a baby the retaild price is almost £40  This is what bugs me :( I have until May to try and find a cheap one, even second hand and in good condition! Failing that I will leave it and find something else. lol

The dove stuff had 25% off but scanned in my local at half price ;) not sure why but I am away down there again at some point today so will check if they have reduced anymore or have any other goodies ;) I also need to find a basket to get it all sorted. I am hoping to send it down south with my sister so my mum has it there to open on her birthday and I don't have to pay postage.

My sister is coming up with her hubby on easter friday  my OH suggested that she stay here  not quite sure what he is playing at as he knows we don't get on ... I will be able to go to work on the sat night though and leave her here :rotfl: She is taking the kiddies out for the day on the sat instead of eggs, so I plan to put a couple of small baskets together for her and her hubby at extra cheap prices so they both have an easter pressie as she was moaning no one buys her eggs anymore lol

    HAPPY RUDOLPH DAY!!!!

The mothers day stuff hasnt been reduced in my local Asda yet, its just sitting in a trolley, I guess its waiting for the prices to be marked on them but its been there since monday! Did find a thorntons cardboard bag with bags of thorntons in it on the "whoops" cart for £1 so I grabbed it to go in my MILs birthday hamper.

Advent swap sounds great! Shalll be keeping my eyes open for bargains & jotting down ideas for it :)

    Great bargains Rusty!

Thinking of you Shelley (((big hugs)))

Happy Rudolph day everyone:j - I have ideas already for the advent swap :j - soooo excited for that 25 things for 15.00,:D love it, love it, love it mel. Fun fun fun. Butterflies in the belly with excitement.

So I'm going out soon until evening. May get back on computer this afternoon at my dad's but just for a short while but when I get back later today I'm going to try and photograph what I've got so far in presents for christmas and my cards that I have.

I have started no.3 and have been watching some purses on ebay, they are on for a pound with free postage and packing and look quite nice. Then I will just add a gift card later in the year to the purse or wallet. and that's it - cos I'll be huge and in no mood to go shopping - It will save a fortune on wrapping paper too. I was expecting to spend nearer a fiver for each purse but a pund is even better. Thinking it will be less to lug about also at christmas which will be a big help and can all be stored easily in one bag instead of taking over a whole room, cos again the room will be full with something else this christmas. -

thought I was going to be lucky this time but unfortunately had my first big puke this morning - baby doesn't like mcdonalds breakfast sausage muffins!!!

I love your purse and card idea - I wish I'd thought of it but all the shopping's done now and someone else will have the joy of sorting/wrapping/distributing it.

My occupant loves the breakfast muffins from McDonalds but is devastated that you can't get the hash browns in Germany. Cue much mashing of McFries into the right shape and pretending (I wish I was kidding).

    Scan tomorrow. Very excited.
