Morning all, back to work this morning with my best smile on!
only 5 days of being in my 30's.....saying that makes me sound like 32....oh yeah I'm just in my 30's!

Has anyone got a nice carrot cake recipe, I want to make mini carrot cake cupcake style, but the Nigella recipe I made at the w'end was very tasty but not what I was after. I want to do carrot cupcakes, choccy ones and plain ones ....I could save myself a load of time and just buy a bloomin' birthday cake but have this vision in my head of what I want....pretty cupcakes on pretty cakestands..ooooh! will maybe end up dashing to tesco half hour before and end up with a bratz cake or a football one as that's all that's left!

Got them and pretty cupcake cases in Holland last year in anticipation of the event....now that's what I call organised!
