Well I have had another "Can't be bothered day" Still got a list of jobs as long as my arm to do, for every one I have crossed off have had to add another 3
Must do a bit more tonight, Kids have gone to Grandma's for the night via the cinema to watch Bolt, no doubt they will be good as gold for her;) and naughty for me when they come home tomorrow night:eek:
OH is taking me to sheffield tomorrow, off to meet up with some friends and do a bit of shopping, can't wait to get out of the house for a bit and do something different.
Right I'm off to put some clean washing away, and strip the kids beds

Where's the Coffee?? Show me the Coffee NOW!!0 -
Hobbycraft at the NEC: If you book in advance its £8.50p
On the day its £10.
Its on the 13th, 14th & 15th March (friday to saturday)
Yay, more people to meet!! Grab a nice big bag, Sarah, & put your flask in it, food & drink is expensive at the NEC. I have prepared OH & my Mom to babysit on any one of the days we can meet up at the NEC on - I'm fairly flexible to which date, though saturday is the easiest option.
DS2 decided to get up at 3o'clock this morning so I'm not totally with it, he's having a nap now, told his dad I dont care what time he goes to bed tonight as long as he doesnt get up at 3 again (been past couple of days).
I finished his ITNG canvas paintings yesterday, to replace his WTP ones at the end of March for his birthday, MUCH cheaper than buying some. Shall try to post piccies later.
Love the flannels Rainmac! Wish someone in my family would appreciate that type of thing.
My house is what I see as reasonably tidy, my LO is a mini whirl wind so as soon as its straight he trashes it, it gets too me at times but I enjoy seeing him have fun. A couple of months ago I walked DS1 home & we were followed by a couple of kids that want to be his friend but they really just bug him, they came to the end of our little path , watched us go in & the youngest says (very loudly) "her house is REALLY untidy, its a huge mess!!!". DS2 had been playing with his toys in the hallway before we rushed off to get DS1 - all I could think of was "great, all the neighbours think I live in a pigsty now!". Made me paranoid for a bit. If any of my mates said my house was messy/unclean etc I'd be mortified, but I'd also hand them a duster & tell them if it offends them that much they can clean it for me!
Off to do a coffee, anyone want one, I've got marshmallows?!You cant take a step forward with both feet on the ground0 -
Rainmac beat me to it, lol. - thats the right one.
PLM has mentioned you can get tickets with Tesco points, unfortunately I havent enough but was wondering if anyone knew any other moneysaving tips on buying the tickets, e.g cashback sites, discount code etcYou cant take a step forward with both feet on the ground0 -
Okay i may be able to not sure yet still.. thank you rainmac and sylph
..xxI am only me, no pretences, no second guesses.. It's the best I can do, I'm sorry if that's not good enough for you... I'm sorry I'm not good enough for you :A0 -

Isn't hootys the dodgy one who you hear on midlands radio stations singing thats the beauty of hootys? ... sorry you have set me off and now the song is in my head!!!
Sarah thankyou for the posr re swans/holiday inns and ducks ... even a river for if the excitement gets too much I can throw myself in there :rotfl:
I'm actually looking forward to it
My son is home ... I am about ready to pack his bags and send him back though!!! ... full of attitude and back answering and apparently he hates mefantastic! Reduced to tears by a 6 year old again! god I love the things his dad makes him say to me
I am armed with Card ... 2 full packs which should keep me busy, I still have things to put on ebay but need to make them up first
PLM not sure how I know about the flannelsit's quite disturbing really :rotfl:
Goochie, yes you can still get them, you can also find them near the tills in morrisons ... which is good if you shop in morrison ... if you don't then erm well I dont know lol
Rainmac I would rather slit my wrists with a blunt knife for hours or watch wet paint dry than ironI like you hate loathe and detest it!!!
Master Rusty greeted me with a massive hug and kiss at the train station but since then has been evil and hates me and also reduced me to tears
As for Mr Rusty ... he is currently sleeping on the settee, we have just got home from the city, went for a buffet chinese and it was lovveeerrrlllyyy! both kiddies are playing and I have 10 mins to catch up on posts on here then I have to make up some bits for ebay ... or at least finish making them up and get them listed!
Thankyou for the shopping links
Sylphraven you have given me a fantastic idea!!! ... I keep eying up WTP canvases for little missy but they can be quite expensive so I could just make my own ... she will be happy with them and it keeps me busy and out of trouble
Coffee for me please
Where did PLM mention the tesco points for the craft show??? ... I need to investigate as I had my points through today ... only £16.50 in points but I was told it works out more for the deals??
What day are all you ladies going on or are you doing the whole weekend? I really don't know if I can afford it but will definately look into it
OK I now really need to go get started on this stuff for ebay!!!
Speak to you all later lovely ladiesxxx
