Just wondering if there was an easier way to discuss this in a slightly more private manner, to work out dates, times, where to meet etc & without filling this thread up too much. Is everyone wanting to go on facebook? I could open a private group & everyone PM me or PML the email address they use on facebook to receive an invite?

    Evening lovely ladies :)
I keep ordering pretty papers and ribbons and pearlescent glue :( im so bad
And now im going to sulk as the NEC show is the weekend before MrPhunkles comes home and im meant to be saving up for that and some other stuff - adds it to the list of things to argue over later when he rings :(
But on the plus side Ive just been to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (this film is seriously long i ended up with dead legs and a numb bum) I now have some sort of perspective on life so cheery phunkles is back....:j

Jammy just get all your teeth removed like in the olden days and get false teeth instead.:D
Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together

xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
  • have decided i don't have time to work - I nip off for a while and there's pages to catch up on :rotfl:.

can't remember who's posted what as got kind of lost :o.

I won't be able to come to the NEC as I'm busy for the next 3 weekends and will have used up my babysitting favours from OH and I'm also going to the Harrogate show at the end of March so can't really afford it :(. Am sure you'll have a fantastic time though - can just imagine you all wandering around dressed as baubles :rotfl:.

Aurora I'm so jealous would love to go to Uni - it's on my list of possibles if we move further up North - I've done a few OU courses but it's really hard trying to fit in round the rest of your life - what are you going to study?

Am glad you have minirust back Rusty am sorry he's been a pain in the bum but in my experience it's the norm. DD stayed with her dad for 2 weeks in the summer holidays (he offered so we could go on honeymoon which in the circs was brilliant of him - don't think his GF was very happy about it) and after the first week back I ended up shouting at her that if she didn't behave she wasn't going again :o. He'll be out of routine and probably overtired which never helps.

Nothing amusing happened today although managed to put together a whole hamper from extras that I had stashed under the spare bed and I'll get half what I paid for the bits back as well as its a joint present :j.

Tesco had jammy dodgers and party rings reduced today so guess what i've got with my coffee tonight :D.

P.S. I lied about nothing funny happening - DD is in the bath and the cat just decided to try sitting on the side and slipped in - got out so fast only her tail is soggy - revenge *cackles in witchy way* :rotfl::rotfl:.
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p
  • :pHello everyone! Long time no see! Hope everyone is feeling more upbeat today- just read through tons of pages on here and it seems like i've missed loads...life can be cr*p and i completely feel for everyone- hope things get better soon!
Filling people in from where i've read, i'm 23, but feel about 76 sometimes. Sometimes wish i could act my age again and just spend a weekend on the razzle snogging unappropriate boys. As it is, I have a lovely dd, and a house to pay for, so no luck on that front. No OH though- thank heavens for small mercies!:p
Got a week off work this week :T :j and it was my daughters 5th birthday on friday the 13th:eek: - someone else said thats the day they were born on too, friday the 13th is one of the best days in my life!
Spent monday having a baking party for her..I had so much fun! never mind the kids! Baked to my hearts content! My stepsister came around with her little boy though, and walked into my kitchen and said "my god, it's tidy in here!". Felt like smacking her. As it is, I managed to hold back and tell her that I spend 45 hours a week at work, 10 hours a week travelling there and back, and actually liked spending a bit of time with my child. fter i've done all that, i do occasionally clean. DIDN'T say to her that at least my garden is clean of all the dog cr*p that you never clean up. Very restrained of me.
Rant over. Good news now...i've got a letter today paying back full ppi off a store card I had, plus interest, plus a "loss of cash" payment, whatever that is! £290 for me! yippee!:j
Sorry for the long post everyone, just got that excited reading the 30 million posts of what happened in all of your liuves thought i best join in!

    xx

    p.s. I think we'll be at 1000 posts on the 1st march!
