See I told everyone that all midwives weren't bad - furrypig I want you as my midwife please! not sure about the virtual birth - don't think that would work somehow!!!!!!!!!! as I said my delivery midwife was so amazing, I think I crushed several of her fingers holding her hand throughout.
I only had gas and air with dd, and half a shot of pethadine, then because I tore so bad I had to have an epidoodle just to get sewn back up again!!!!!!!went through all that and I got the epidoodle after - should have just gone for it in the first place. It took them about an hour though to get it in cos they said I have a weird shaped back!!!!!!!??????????? so it's not really an easy option...

mel -There was a bigger bambi further down the list for about 5.99 buy it now though!!!

Mel - I love that you're like that with your OH. I know not everybody is like us for whatever reason but I do love that we are like this and I'm so glad we're not the only couple!! :)

Furry - When I have a baby will you come and deliver it? I'm so worried about getting a mean midwife!! Saying that when i'm in pain I get quite irate so they better be nice to me or else! :rotfl:

I've had a lovely evening tonight, we've had some lovely sparkling wine (cost £3 from Aldi ;) ) I don't drink much and never in the house but I had a glass of wine at Bella Italia a few weeks ago and it was the nicest thing i've ever tasted and this wine tastes just like it so I am so happy! :j :j

I had my full body massage today and it was quite nice but ever since my poor back has been feeling ten times worse! :( And I don't want to moan to my OH because he might think i'm being ungrateful! :rotfl:

My brother asked me before if it was mothers day tomorrow, asked if I had sent her anything, then said well can't we do something. I said no not at half 9 the night before we can't!! Men!! We're going to ask our younger brother to go to morrys and get her some choccies but I doubt he will (he's a lazy obnoxious little pig to put it nicely!)

Well I am going to get my horny little hamster out for a play - that sounds really wrong doesn't it? :rotfl: She was being so cute last night, climbing up on me, she never does that. I could just sit and watch her run around for hours. After watching a film the other night where a pet dies at the end and I sobbed my heart out, my OH said god help us when Wispa dies, I said promise me she won't ever die :rotfl: He said he'll just keep replacing her, like I won't know  Actually I am a bit slow sometimes :rotfl:

Ok i'll shut up now, I never mean to write very long posts but I have no control over my fingers :rotfl:

    Night ladies xx
 Think happy & you'll be happy
    I :heart2: my doggies

I had a very nice surprise in this morning post......... no not the hunky man I wish for ......... but a box of posh chocolates, they come as from the one company I did the reviews for (Bview), for being one of the top reviews in Feb............ (I did that many reviews as I wanted my sat nav to be money neutral!!)
They were absolutely gorgeous, thou lasted all of 10 minutes by the time dd and mum got there hands on them. Even Whisky (the dog) had one, but this is devotion....... I HATE DARK CHOCOLATE........ and as dogs aren't meant to have chocolate I bit the chocolate off for him.
Do intend to cheat and have a look on the chocolate companies website to see how much they were!! naughty........ but they were gorgeous xx

I love hearing about the baby stories (genuinely) but pleasepleaseplease can you spare me the graphic stories of the labour! or at least warn me before I read, something like "Jammy avert eyes" will do nicely thank you please :D the words "stitching" and "torn" are only to be used when referring to crafting or papercrafts. I am TOO young to need to know that they refer to anything else !! :rotfl: I am absolutely terrified at the thought of labour, and my friends "250 stitch" story did not help. Therefore, I have decided the less I know the less I can worry about *will take earplugs to antenatal* :rotfl::T;)

I am also not the other 'with child' lady although I do feel god awful today and have been thinking if Lucas and Savannah will suit their names when they arrive ;):rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I will keep this thought from my OH :D

Ah I do love yers all, you make me chuckle. PLM I REALLY think fishmonger was possibly the worst cover up for Furster's job! :rotfl:

:ABeing Thrifty Gifty again this year:A

    you are all mad!!

thank goodness I am among friends!!

i won't be anyone's midwife as I am too busy being a fishmonger or dealing with cheese as mel will tell anyone half bothered to ask her!!! LOL!!

i recommend a good birth partner which may or may not be the OH or may be as well as him. You can hire women called doulas to help you through labour, also having knowledge in advance does help Jammy but when I was preggers I couldn't cope with the idea of tearing etc etc and couldn't watch any labour videos etc etc

that's why it took over 2 hours from the time I was fully dilated for DD to appear as I was so scared about it!! So maybe having seen all those births and having too much knowledge was a bad idea!!

i had DD in a midwifery led unit was in hospital about 13 hours in total (I hate hospitals!!) and I had DS at home both no pain killers and the second was a wonderful experience with the best midwifey care I have ever seen during my pregnancy and afterwards.

Midwives work bloomin hard and it is sooo stressful I really wouldn't want to do it now and it's the same as every job there are some amazing fantastic midwives and then some others!!!

Please don't be put off it all pregnant and non pregnant people!!
