    Afternoon everyone

Hope your all having a nice weekend. Well mine hasn't gone wuite to plan...Then like the saying (however it goes??)

    "The BEST LAID PLANS.....etc etc"

I had planned on doing nothing all weekend, but have woke up this morning with so much motivation I just don't know whats wrong with me.... Spring must be coming...

    So far I have managed:

Wrapped 2 lots of Easter gifts
4 Loads of Washing & Drying
Paid Gas/Electric/Water Bills at the post office
Gone through all kids clothes and Toys (now have 5 bags for charity shop)
    Striped/washed and Remade all beds
Sorted out gift boxes and updated list ready for putting onto the PC for later
Sorted the last 2 months of paperwork out and filed

Still got loads of jobs todo on my list, will just get cracking and see how far I get this afternoon.

Scattymam That is so beautiful and such a wonderful idea. Your daughter will be able to open that and know exactly who her grandma was. I hope that you felt some relief at getting it all wrote down and the rest of your day is filled with happiness xx

Rusty I LOVE your monsters they are SO awesome!! I can't wait to see the finished little guys! (big guys??) Hope the kids are giving you a nice saturday :D (if not there is always a Chinese tonight.. right???)

(P.S I meant a Chinese meal.. not swapping them for Chinese children..)

Shelley my Wii fit has still not been used but I am saving it for when I go on a diet (when.. LOL) we can have a birth of the wii fit day.

Purplegirluk Have you thought about what characters your son likes or animals? You could pick up a sheet of giant card from WHSMITHS and make him a great big one with googly eyes and everything. Alternatively, because he is only 1 perhaps you could make him a very special letter in a box about your hopes and dreams and how much you love him. When he is 18 he can open it and know how much you love him. For my wedding, I got my guests to write a letter in my book and then record a short one on video.. like a video diary. You can embellish each of these pages in the book at a later date, turning the book into a scrapbook.

Thanks Mel - I have not stopped all week and have felt so drained thats why I planned to do nothing all weekend, but for some reason I just can't stop today, so I'm making the most of it... no doubt I will suffer later on for it, will probably be in bed for about 5 o'clock.

Scattymam - I love you jar, it really is lovely.

Rusty - Love the sock monkey's there FAB!!

I haven't spoke to you for ages Sarah.. I miss you!! Wish you was coming to the NEC with us. I suppose the housework is exercise and the more you do the more energy you have to do more.. It is just getting the cycle started and not stopping.

I know this is really early but can I just forewarn everyone that we put the clocks FORWARD the last sunday of the month. I will re-remind you on Rudolph Club Day :)

Baglady - thankyou ever so much I picked up my parcel today and was pleasantly suprised to see wings in there. The outfit is a little big on her still but she looked so beautiful in it ... although she doesn't seem to think so .... these are for you .... the last one was taken as she started picking things up and throwing them ... little madam!!! I promise she does like it ... maybe in another couple of months :rotfl: Thankyou very much! and my bags are beautiful :D
