Rosepink - you may have felt shaky whilst you were out but you did it when it would have probably a lot easier to stay at home. You should be really proud of yourself! Well done hun xx
Toots - hope you're feeling better today. Hugs to you!
I'd agree with everyone...this is a very friendly thread. Apart from that Greenbee and Toots who keep giving me extra jobs just because....because....I can be slightly annoying!!!:rotfl:
Those with annoying hubbies (is that most of us:rotfl: ) - I started putting all the stuff that DH left lying around in a box in the back garden by the bins. He's ask where something was and I'd say 'Oh, I thought you'd left it out for the bins as you'd not put it away'. He got so fed up of going out the back to get the stuff he needed that he started putting things away. Whilst I was putting his stuff away normally it was helping him and he never learnt. Guess i'm just a cow though :rotfl: :rotfl: .
I'm just having an hours peace and quiet. My children made their own lunch - any sandwich they wanted - and were allowed to eat them in their bedrooms. This is normally a complete no no so they're so happy! My son came down and asked if I was lonely - no darling, off you go, mummy's just closing her eyes for a little rest :rotfl: :rotfl: xx0 -
Well done rosepink - a great achievement and money saving too :T
I need to do something, soHHC 1:30 - 2:00 anyone?

Home from work, and I need to crack on. I put the bed sheets in the WM this morning but there is plenty left to do. Raining a bit so not tempted by the garden, the skip went this morning and everything is looking so much better.
I must do one thing from my procrastination list, tempted to do a toots and get someone to pick a number but there are some things on it I really, really don't want to do.

rosepink- yes i know he's stressed (we want to emigrate and are waiting for this to happen for a year now!! and he doesn't like his job and our life is basically on hold ... but i have to get on with things too and don't shout?!? - and he loves watching supernanny or tanya byron
so he should know all of the 'tricks'
and oh yes, he struggles to look after them; he knows how to do everything but can't be bothered to sit down and play with them or just doesn't see the signs before things get out of control iykwim - but hohum, dont' get me wrong: he's a great dad .. just not very patient sometimes
- and it's probably because he's home 'sick' and permanently under my feet

- i put everything in his office on a big mountain - but with all these viewings lately i even need the office tidy
