T&C says not valid on accessories but I would have thought this meant hair clips and scrunchies, as I am not planning on wearing the brush as an accessory. Any thoughts oh wise ones??

Yes and yes, SA called supervisor who used her key on the till and manually input the coupons.

Well, after my earlier experience in Harlow posted earlier I did go to London Colney and it has restored my faith in human nature. There I was trying hard to restrain my 2 year old daughter from tidying the store (she has this impulse to pick everything off a shop floor whilst tutting and saying 'naughty people, mummy') when a lovely lady gave me two wrinklies. :A She said she had no need for them and would just waste money buying stuff for the sake of it but felt bad at throwing them away.

Someone had yesterday offered me some vouchers :A and I am amazed at how lovely some bootsers are. :beer:

I accepted her very kind offer and if she is a fellow MSE person I would like to say a very big thank you - you were a real star :A:A:A.

It was just what I needed after a such a horrible day.

Many people shared their very kind words with me today on this board and I thank you all for that.

Will be going to bed tonight with people's kindness. :T

glad your day turned out ok in the end, If you had of said something to them shop lifters it may have been you + your lil one hurt + we wouldn't of wanted that, so glad you did the right thing. take care + sleep well 2nite ok xxx

when I was shopping the other day in Boots, there was a not so MSE lady at the ACM machine, getting her vouchers but scrumpling some of them up + putting them on top of the ACM machine. + she was even getting some hair care ones that even I didn't get lol but I didn't take them off the machine to look I just left them lol :rotfl:
