Nothing to report other than i managed to return my old style packaging pull ups easily along with some unwanted gifts today. Met up with the lovely stmidwife  And we didn't get a any bargains it's so funny how it varies between stores as there was nothing there that had been posted on here at all.
Sorry and thanks stmidwfe for watching my little monster while i got my glasses i really didn't mean to be getting them today. Shame i didn't get a perkie when i bought them as i was going to give it to you for getting me those gift sets. I may email CS to see if i should have got one.:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0 -
I had looked at the liquid NO7 foundation @ £14  first, but none was on the shelf.. but I found it was next to the till on the counter, so I asked SA if I could have 1 cos I heard there were ½ price, she said no cos she didn't know what was happening with them.. I said there going to be priced at ½ price, so could she confirm it with another SA, which she did + I was right lol :rotfl: so got it at ½ price @ £7 used perkie = £2
Now I have quite a bit of make up, so I guess I need to actually use it :rotfl: cos I don't even wear make up  lol well I used to once or twice a year so I had to buy new each time I wore it. :rotfl:

Snap,
I hardly ever wear any make-up, just lipgloss really but seem to be getting a nice stash of it since I started bootsing a year ago. Although I think I would have had alot more but my 3 DD's seem to have acquired some of it - at least its getting used though!!
I was in my local this morning looking at the No7 foundation that still had £14 on it and spoke to an SA at the No7 till and asked her if this one was reduced because my 'friend' had got it for half price in her local and she wouldnt scan it and said that 'no' it wasnt.I did notice that there was an anti-ageing one in the colour 'suede' that was £7.35 (this one I think -
http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=36086&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051
but this colour is much too dark for me or my DD's so I left it!!
I did manage to get 2 olay GWP's (one for me and one for my mum for mothers day) with only the olay definity cleanser (in 2 separate transactions) and I was worried it would beep but as I had picked it up from an end of aisle display which had the GWP and dearer creams on too I was prepared to just say that it was on a display and I thought it was incuded in the offer but thankfully I didnt need to say anything!! I must admit I'm much more happy with this GWP as it has 3 tester creams (great for travelling), a perfume sample, mirror etc... and hopefully I'll get to keep this one (the last GWP was grabbed by my DD's for the makeup brushes and eyelash curlers!!).
I also got the gillette shaving foam for 97p with the 150 points voucher and a 75ml Boots Extract Cocoa Butter body wash for £1.62 (there was 1/3rd of Extracts) and used a 150 points voucher that I got from the ACM.
I saw the smillie perfume that Sally06 said was in our local reduced to about £3 something and tried it but wasn't keen on it... The Nivea DNAge Zone that was £7.80 on clearance before the changover and could be used with the wrinklies has now gone down to £3.80 typically... There was lots of Amazon Forest reduced but overpriced in my opinion. Also a Veet hair removal cream and razor set on clearance for about £3.80 (this one I think) http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=11751&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051 and other Veet creams etc.. reduced but again quite a bit overpriced.. Veet is on buy one get one half price so it might make it worthwhile just not to me!!
Earned another £5 No7 voucher and am hoping to find the foundation reduced next time I go....
Hope you've all got some bargains today..0 -
Just popped over to the Fort B/ham clearance shelf still there, few new bits
Skin Doctors stuff, loads of jemma kidd make up - apparently this is being discontinued and some organic skin care range, whilst digging through I spotted 3 P & P serum reduced, my heart jumped into my mouth then promptly plummeted to my knees when I saw it was priced at £16.20, few dodgy doggy book ends if anyone missed out0 -
Had a great little shop today.......
I topped up phones and got loads of pinkyperkie vouchers so ended up getting 5 facial sun creams spf 15, these will do for husband to use as face cream if it doesn't agree with my delicate skin (or handcream!!).
I also got a P&P pre holiday serum, no7 lady said it was just like p&p with a litttle self tan in so I was really chuffed at that, but only one left.
I am refusing to use any cold hard cash in boots unless I get more points back (like HE shampoo glitch).
Although today I did see a camera case reduced in red, was just about to pick it up and some witch picked it up before me, GGRRRRRR!!! so i ended up having to get the blue on for £1. I needed a camera case for my new camera (from Boots, free with points!!):money: Martin Lewis Rocks!:money:0 -
Hi everyone
Did a very little shop today - not much about.
Sanctuary sets all full price, ditto Gillette silver sets, only the small black No7 purses with the blusher brush at £6.50!! lol. No new Olay or Oreal set to have a look at and didn't like the MF one much.
In the end all I got was...
1xNo7 Renew body polish - £4.07 ( with MILs discount card)
Paid with perkie
1xNew collection bergamot body wash- 1/3 off - £2.34
Used 150 point ACM voucher and 150 mag coupon so nice freebie in Boots terms
Looked longingly at all the S & G stuff - might have to have a treat before the offer finishes
Just a little moan - my nearest ss till is 40 miles away ! Boohiss:mad: xxxxxxx0 -

If the soap and glory is on reduced/clearance shelf, will the three for two still work please?0

The Alliance ones have been taken over by Boots. Most of them now have Boots till systems, if not now then will have very soon. They are either classes as Healthcentres or Local Pharmacies. If they have the Boots tills, they should be able to take the vouchers, whether they will have any to give you back I don't know.
HTH
Thanks
I popped in there this afternoon. They're apparently in the middle of re-branding to Boots, (even had Advantage Card application forms there) so had very little of anything on the shelves, and no P&P at allThey didn't even have everything I needed on my son's prescription, either, and took 20 minutes to decide to tell me  They even close between 1pm and 2pm, and opened 5 minutes late, so I had to run into town to Boots to get the prescription filled, and was late picking my daughter up from school as a result
While in the big Boots, I did spot a "£5 off" sign on the Dr Nick Lowe stand, but didn't have time to stop and see exactly what it was that was reduced.0 -
