is there a foundation which you could use like a pressed powder, minght even be the same thing?ive never used one before but i dont like using the liquid foundation
ive looked at the minerals foundation but its still going to be £9 with perkie but ive got the blusher and its very messy, although if its any good it would be worth it

    Hi

I never wear liquid foundation, really don't like it but recently I felt that my skin could do with something to even it out abit. I decided on the mineral foundation and had a look at the various ones on offer. I spoke to the No7 SA and she explained that alot of the 'mineral' foundations contained talc which can make any dry bits show even more as the powder clings to them. The No7 one does not contain talc so I bought one in the colour she suggested and it is fab. It doesn't cling to any dry bits and the colour looks great. The brush is better than the other brand brushes also and comes in a little seperate bag. I make sure my face is well moisturised and then apply just a thin covering over my face and blend down to neck. It looks very natural and I am extremely pleased with the product.

Off topic, but I love Benefits non-fiction foundation - it's amazing; pricy but lasts far longer than the others I've had :) I have very dry patches on my face and it doesn't make those any worse

  • hi everone :hello:

havent been posting or bootsing for ages.
have noticed that there a few more glasgow bootsers to share information with. yippee:beer:

    sauchiehall st

found Johnsons dreamy skin body cream 250mls reduced to 74p. This is situated upstairs on normal shelves not with baby stuff.
and Patently Obvious hand sanitiser 50mls reduced to 74p to be found on the shelves below where they stock the Naked range. I go through loads of these but was ever so pleased to find this was a foaming one! Hope this helps someone.
