Went to Boots today, to use up the rest of my wrinklies.

Got a top up voucher for my phone and used a wrinklie on some Olay stuff for 86p to receive the new purplie(is this what they are called) and did not get it was told did not qualify for this I thought you had to spend £5.00 to receive this am I wrong in thinking this.

Got my free P & P handcream. Got Sanctuary travel sets price checked still £6.00.

Managed to find some clearance items in our local today (at the back of the store):-

Gillette Mens Body Spray 25p - had quite a few of these left
Method Handwash 40p
Packet of 20 AAA Batteries £2.00 (last one)

They also had reduced Boots shampoo and some other items which I can't remember.

The next cheapest would be:-

Time Delay Sunshine Tan Facial Moisturiser (in gold box) 86p with wrinkly
Time Delay Eye Cream £1.84 with wrinkly. Not very exciting I know

Olay Definity Cleanser smells gorgeous, (its nicer that the other Olay TE IMHO) but you would need to pay £2.82.

Off the top of my head....
HE still full price, no putting sets, no L'Oreal mens sets, no reduced S&G/ No7/ Natural Collection.
All the washing liquids/ powders were still full price.
P&P is in a variey of packaging- some tubes and some glass bottles, but both scan at £18.50.
No reduced hair care.
No reduced skin care plus sold out of the Olay wash at £5.86 which had been the cheapest thing to use wrinklie on!

Just ask if there was anything specific you were looking for. HTH.

thanx, guess i will give city centre a miss then! just looking for any bargains really, will try cowley road tomorrow and let you know if anything, also going to retail park on thurs hoping to get the p+p voucher from acm and use with purpley, also ive got a 5 pound gift voucher and was thinking if i bought something else for 8 pounds, used all of the above id get the gwp for 3 pounds is that right? also ive got a 250 gwp voucher too.:cool:

Just a word of warning- I think the ACM vouchers for £5 off P&P expire tomorrow, so you may not be able to get one on your trip on Thursday If you really want to combine those vouchers to get the gwp then go today or tomorrow if you can!
I did that same shop today- P&P serum plus gwp, for £8.50 after perkie plus ACM voucher
I don't think the self scan tills accept gift vouchers though.

I know what you mean, I still feel nervous driving on my own as well, I am alway so relieved to get home in one piece (& without denting my bf's car either :rotfl: )

Guess ill have to go tommorrow then as i defenitley want another gwp as cheap as poss! acm probably wont give me one now! not that keen on doing roundabouts thats why i was gonna leave till thurs when my mum will be with me but i will bite the bullet and go on me own!!:o

went to one in west yorks today
had a great time although i think there watching me now lol
found 3 loreal mens sets
tried to use up some wrinklies so i got olay radient wash,olay illuminating cream wash
gillette gel was 79p but couldnt use acm as it wasnt gillette series
the gillette series was only 1.4x so would be a good deal for the 150 points,will get them next time
boots expert mens wash 2.93 used save 1.50 from acm
p+p handcream x3 free
p+p lipcare free although till wanted to give me change lol got sa v confused
jf serum x2 free
price checked sanctury and they were 6.xx is it the small ones?
i only checked them not the big set but that was sel of 14.xx so i doubt its them
oh and how do you register for the over 60's discount?
my aunty is over 60 but doesnt get the discount at all???
i did try at acm for her but it wouldnt have any of it

Thankyou Tiara.:D I've got enough points to get some of my mums mothers day presents now. After discussing s&g on here the other day,i spotted a s&g set called scentsationalist? It had 3 sprays in it for £7.xx (wonder if that would be 1/3 off as the sets are usually included in promotions aren't they?) so going to get her that plus the Kerry Katona perfume set.
