Hi all - managed to grab a bargain tday

noticed that th ebOdy serum still had half price on the SEL so grabbed one + gwp and headed off to the tills.
SA scanned it at £24.50 adn i pointed out that it was half price on the shelf, so she overrode it and said I couldn'y have the gwp as I'd not spent enough. I did my best Mimi style pout and said that it had worked last week and I'd got the gwp OK, and she said she'd override it 'just this once' :A I called her a sweetie and handed over 150 points voucher + perkie so got it for £7.50, or in Boots logic £5 :T :rotfl:

I am a happy bunny - with hopefully gloriously smooth skin soon :rotfl:

Following on from my last post and SALLY06's post, I have also seen some MACLEANS and various other TOOTHPASTES with reduced SEL's. These are also 3 4 2 so might as well get some and store them. Good for making the £5 point to get a PURPLE.

Has anyone else noticed the r&m nail varnish has gone up from £8.something to £9.50!!!
Edit: Just looked online and its all gone up grrrr!

do you think thats why they have been taking .com down? Peeps have said that perkie shouldnt have started till next week, maybe Mr B was supposed to up all prices before then but they were caught out as for some reason brought forward the date to release perkies??

Swansea Quadrant: still some 10p boxes of christmas cards (old cafe area), cheap printer inks & some No7 sun stuff on reduced shelves.

£5 No7 vouchers being given out plus the £5/£2 hair&skin ones.

Tills would not accept the voucher for No7 nail files etc & SA would not over ride so can't start collecting the lovely new look range.

Thanks Hotpot. Rubbish again! Is the boots extracts range the one people have been finding reduced? Body butters at £1.22? Would work out free in boots logic i suppose but still rubbish. :roll:

Looks like the days of free nail file sets/sponges are over then. Looks like the only freebies with purplies are reduced stuff and the exfoliator then? (didn't that use to be £7 something?)

Just got back from Trafford Centre
1st shop - £5 top up- £5 no7 perkie, and hairy and wrinkie(is that correct names)
2nd shop - No7 hydro pore refiner x2 free with no7 voucher
3rd shop - no7 body exfoliator x2 40p with voucher
Advised shopper at next till to buy some paracetaml or something to make her total to a fiver, sa wasn't helping her at all.
