I remember your first post, and have been reading ever since! Well done to your OH, and I look forward to hearing the outcome!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

^^It'll be a long wait!:rotfl:
I reckon another 3 weeks minimun - it's AWFUL
Yesterday we got a package from our solicitor - contains 70-off pages of submissions for both sides, I can't bring myself to read any of it!!:o It might bring us down, especially when she told us that she had submitted 18 pages of submissions...the respondent had submitted...44!!! Then there si the responses to each others, *phew* glad it wasn't me putting that lot together!:oLearn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. :cheesy:0 -

Fingers really, firmly crossed for you. I have been watching this unfold with great interest. My husband has a discplinary hearing tomorrow that I strongly suspect is going to end up going all the way...the stress even at this early stage is tremendous so well done to both of you for hanging in there.0 -

I wouldn't worry about this - they have more to defend than you do!

I really feel for you
If there's anything I can do to help - I'm no expert but even if you just need someone to chat to about it, feel free to pm me xjobbingmusician wrote: »I wouldn't worry about this - they have more to defend than you do!

You know, I hadn't thought about it from that point of view,I just thought reading it all again would bring us down while we are trying to remain hopeful. Thank you, I 'might' just open it and have a look.

I fully agree with both these comments.
18 pages of well-presented concise evidence is far better than 44 pages of "yeah but, not but, yeah but" rhetoric.
Less is more, methinksWarning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0 -

Good luck and hopefully it will be good news. Just a word of warning, the ET we were involved with took 3 months to get a decision, so 3 weeks may be optimistic!
I think your case is very strong, and I cant believe the other side are still resisting the inevitable.
good luck.0 -
^^yeah, I'm aware that three weeks is the bare minimum (taking into account the week that already passed though)
What did help though was that we finished a day early and the judges used that full day to begin their deliberations, so that has hopefully cut down a little on the result time. I was reading charts on the walls of the waiting room that said 85% of cases got results in 4 weeks, so kinda hoping we are one of them!:rotfl:
I think I would be climbing the walls if we had to wait 3 months - but thanks for the heads up!!Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. :cheesy:0 -
