hi same thing happened with my daughter.she definitely told them she cancel the contract.(the 18mths up)she had 2 phones one of which she cancelled the other she keeping.same as your boyfriend..same conversation..they now want £85!!and the phone not been used since dec 22nd...contract ended!!cannot understand how all these companies can get away with ripping people off!!girl on phone was very ignorant and obnoxious!!0
