Yes. Not in mainstream bank though.
I mentioned in another post that I have a £400k house, only have a 52% LTV and have about £30k in savings. I also own a buiness and a villa in Cuba.
I earn about £1600 per month from my other business which goes into my bank so in my hsbc account I get 2 salaries, one weekly one monthly.
p.s. I am 38 if that helps (higher risk category I guess)Some say he is a racist, others say he is a liar but the truth will always prevail...
Milford has left the house & aint coming back!0 -

Being 38 would make you higher risk? I find that surprising.0 -

Yea, apparently it's that age where men like to be men or something LOL. You know what I mean, like we all want to cheat/start afresh or summat! Anyway, 45-60 is the best age group, apparently because you're usually settled in both jobs and personal lifestyles......
I didn't make that up - read it on credit scoring leaflet somewhere that different things help/hinder your score and age/kids/postcode do play a part! Some say he is a racist, others say he is a liar but the truth will always prevail...
