Apparently, the lady I had been contacting at the PR company was a temp and she had left...hence no reply to my emails, but they have retrieved her emails now and saw all of mine asking where my wii was. They have sent it out via courier today and should be with me tomorrow. I am at work tomorrow so I hope one of my neighbours will take it in for me I am going to have 2 very happy brothers after all.......

By the way, YES, Waterstones vouchers CAN be redeemed in HMV; I worked there til January and we DID accept them.

I had problems receiving a prize last year from the PR company, because I was a man and the prize was geared towards a woman. I got the prize in the end and my daughter is quite happy with it - a Mango bag.
