Prize not received from Good to Know **Updated**

I still haven't heard anything from the PR company I last sent them an email on 27th February informing them that I had been advised to contact the ISP and ASA but they still haven't bothered replying to me. I have also sent an email to the ISP explaining my situation but I haven't received a reply from them as yet. Will keep you updated......

Why dont you tell them if they don't send prize out you'll put a piece in a rival magazine stating that they don't give out prizes!

Just spotted this thread and its made me realise I've not had my Waterstone's vouchers that I won on Jan 27th!! Off to email them & PR company now. :rolleyes:

LOL!! What a good idea But then again I haven't had any problems with GTK as such, Rebecka has always been very helpful and has emailed the PR company too on my behalf, copying me into the emails etc and asking the PR company to email her if they are having any problems etc.

I also won £50 waterstones vouchers with GTK the following week after the wii win and those turned up fine. I did send the PR company an email after 28 days asking if they had been sent, so i could watch for the parcel. I got a reply last Friday stating delivery date was 2nd March but they turned up special delivery on Saturday morning. DH wasn't happy when postie knocked him out of bed though!! he he

Are they just for Waterstones or can the be used at HMV too please?

Have you tried emailing the PR company yet? I emailed them on the Friday and got the vouchers on Saturday morning via next day delivery. I am not sure if you can use them at HMV though, I'm sure mine said waterstones and waterstones.com but no mention of HMV. I'll go and find the card that the voucher was attached to and have a look for you

Thanks - I emailed them last night and they've replied this morning to say they should be delivered on 10th March. Sounds like they're only sending them out when people chase them up!! :rolleyes:

I Had a situation like that too!

I recently(ish) won a PSP with channel 5, and eventually e-mailed to say I hadn't recived my prize (about 5 or 6 weeks) they appologised and said they would send it would be with me ASAP and It arrived the next day. I'd also been contacted by another MSE member who'd won the same comp and hadn't recived their prize either - we'd kept each other imformed the whole time, so I obvioulsy PM'd them when I recived mine expecting them to have sent out all the prizes (there were 5 winners in all) at the same time. The other MSEr still hadn't recived their PSP a few days later! I can hardly belive that they're so cheeky they think they can only send out prizes to people who complain!

Well, just a quick update....after numerous emails and mentioning the ASA and ISP, I have received a telephone call from the EA press office to let me know what is happening with my prize.

Apparently, the lady I had been contacting at the PR company was a temp and she had left...hence no reply to my emails, but they have retrieved her emails now and saw all of mine asking where my wii was. They have sent it out via courier today and should be with me tomorrow. I am at work tomorrow so I hope one of my neighbours will take it in for me I am going to have 2 very happy brothers after all.......
