Prize not received from Good to Know **Updated**

Sorry to bump......

It's now been nearly 2 weeks over the advised 28 days and still no wii. I have emailed the lady at the PR company twice and after no reply I got Rebecka from Good To Know involved. She has emailed her twice too and I still haven't received either an email or the wii. Rebecka also specified that if there were any problems (the PR company) had to contact her directly to sort it out. Still no reply =( I am going to email the PR company again tomorrow if still no joy and mention contacting Mr Mutton at the isp as per Lilias post above and see if that boots them into action

I am also waiting for my waterstones vouchers from another goodtoknow comp but the 28 days are only up today.

Hope you get it soon cheznal. I am still waiting on Omega3 Haliborange win but they did email me a couple of wks ago saying the girl dealing with this comp had left so they appologised for delay & said I would get mine soon.

I too have been waiting since the 4th Jan for a Wii and littlest pet shop game from Good To Know. I still haven't received my Wii yet and I have e-mailed the PR company several times but never once had a reply. I have e-mailed Rebecka several times also but only ever had one reply, allthough I have always remained polite.
Did your Wii arrive?

What a pain for you - I won a Champneys set and years supply of yoghurt with GTK last year and the prize wasnt recieved withing the 28 days as specified. Im sure it will turn up just a pain that it is late when you want it. Keep us posted xx

MSE Compers have reported that they are very good at investigating dodgy comps & missing prizes with one chap in particular [EMAIL="edwinm@isp.org.uk"]Edwin Mutton[/EMAIL], being an absolute star.

The Advertising Standards Authority have an online complaints form.

I had an issue with a prize not turning up & after chasing politely for 5 months, I mentioned that I had been advised to talk to the Institute of Sales Promotions about the matter. Funnily enough that resulted in a letter of apology within a few days, along with a box of ‘Apology Goodies’ & my prize turned up 2 weeks later. Just remember to keep your cool & remain polite.

I have e-mail GTK @ 4:40pm quoting the above...4:50pm received phone call from PR company full of apology and promising to send the Wii next day delivery and extra games today :T ,
So I thought I would use same e-mail to AV Furoms director in which I won an Xbox in August and hadn't received...within 5 mins reply e-mail again full of apology and promising to sack to guy involved if I do not receive my prize..:T

I am also having a mega problem with Pick me up and a PR company with a lady called Rebecca, I won a fridge freezer and a years supply of sausages on the 18/01/09 and i received the vouchers 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing about the fridge, I keep ringing and emailing and ive heard nothing................ my first big win and its giving me such a headache, but i will try the above information - thank you

I can understand why you're a bit worried, but it's not been a ridiculous amount of time yet, when I won my smeg it took about 3 months to sort out.

I emailed last night about my Haliborange win from Nov & they emailed back appologising saying they have just got stock back in & will send prize out soon as poss.
I am thinking of emailing Rebekah again (for the 3rd) about win of a book I never recieved almost a yr ago but not sure if I have left it too late now.
