  • Still all quiet on the 1st credit front no calls or letters.

Am afraid to say I have not got round to doing the other letter re the CCA request the 12 + days were over 2 weeks ago. Must get that off to them but then dont want to wake the monster so to speak.

    Hi LFTS,
To comply with the Complaints procedure ( and so allow furthr Complaint to the FOS )
    i) On expiry of 12+2, send thm a Default Letter ( delete the 'offence after 30 day bit )
ii) Separately send a letter stating that you are disappointed that they have made you suffer such threatening behaviour from them even though they apparently do not have Legal footing to make such threats.
iii) After you have recieved the 'Oh yes we do!' letter from 1st, send them ANOTHER Stat Request, with the £1 PO.
    iv) Wait 8 weeks
    v) When still no result, if they have not withdraw their threats etc Complain to FSO.

You should already have complained to the OFT by now.
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

....one-way ticket to Portugal booked !
  • THanks Pepe will get started on that today. Just spoken to CCCS we are leaving our DMP with them to go it alone. Now I am back at work we will be able to pay our original payments with most of our creditors just the 2 biggest ones we will still need to offer reduced on (although they will be getting far more than they do at the moment)

Just been too busy to do things these last few weeks but now I am getting into a routine with work and home I should be able to keep on top of things now.

Glad to see things are looking up for you.

Still quiet on the 1st Credit front with me too. They have sent a partial response to my SAR request and are geting back to Goldfish for the rest of it. (i.e. true credit agreement and lastest statement).

    Dont think they'll produce!!!

They also rekon I need to SAR Goldfish seperately for information on charges and ppi though!!! Appartently they rekon that they bought the debt "in good faith" and believe that the total debt stated by them is the true figure to be repaid.

    Yeah, right!!!!

Worst Crudit spout so much hot air it's unbelievable! "in good faith" ...what do they know about "good faith"...they have none!

Sorry, just in ranting mood tonight!

I've still had no contact from them, been 8 months now and they are still accepting my dmp payments. Am surprised they've not a) cleared out my mum's house as they promised they would...b) repossessed my house as they promised they would...c) and produced a valid CCA as they promised they would...

I even offered to save on their postage and collect the said CCA from their offices seeing as I live close by, but they rejected my kind offer...
Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free :)
    Mortgage free since 2014 :)
