Hi all,

Has everyone receive their phone? Ordered it on the 8th Dec and order another 9th Dec but none arrive as yet.

Customer service at e2save says up to 2 weeks, so keeping my fingers cross. Hope it comes.

does anyone know how 3's inclusive minutes work?  do the 500 inclusive minutes start from the day you connect and last till one month afterwards, or do they allocate you a billing date and then give you part (pro rata) of your minutes for the first billing period?

A: Your first monthly allowance is spread over your first and second bills (a period that is slightly over a month). Therefore, we'll deduct anything you've used from your allowance on your first bill from your second bill. After that it's straightforward: one monthly bill, one monthly allowance.

i did read that statement on 3's website, but it made no more sense then than it does now.

i have no way of knowing where i stand. logging into my account on the 3 website, i can see an (amazingly) up-to-date record of my allowance usage, and i seem to have a full allowance. and when i called 3's (notorious) customer services, i was told that my next billing date would be exactly one month after i connected, and that i could use 500 mins till then.

so something is very wrong somewhere along the line. very strange. any ideas?

got my phone today, awfull colour. Up and running. ordered on the 12th. having one problem I can't seem to get the phone to work as a modem on ird or usb connections. anyone any ideas, would be helpfull.

Got my phone over the weekend - again the horrible mustard colour!

Had a few teething problems with it turning itself just after being turned on, but seem to have got past that stage now (I hope).

Considering Smartasss is going to pay me for the phone and line rental is free, and calls are free (to a certain limit), I dont think I can really complain! ;D

This is the first time i have used this so i am probably doing it wrong.
This is a message for smartasss. I was wondering how we receive the £22.50 with you. I am interested in buying the nokia 7600 on e2save but i think it would be good if i could gain £22.50 with you.
