I rang them on their Freephone number and complained. I said I've been trying to get this deal online for a few days & even sent them an email but no one responded.
The friendly sales guy then ordered me one on the "Free tariff" saving me 12x3.99.

i received my nokia today, no sim card in it, is this normal? am i supposed to buy one separately?
cheers pat0 -
The sim should be in a tear open 3 envelope. Got mine in with all the documentation
Got mine the other day, but didn't get the car charger etc. Still waiting for that stuff for the phone I got last month, but phoned up and they said they didn't have any left!!! Lying little monkeys!!

Got mine yesterday, had to call them on thursday to order cos the website wouldn't take more than 2 addresses in the last 3 years... first call to a very rude operator that hung up on me insisting she couldnt put down more than 2 addresses even though I was told in an email I could, tried again later that evening and got through to someone nicer but they made me pay £3.99 for delivery even though delivery was free

No car kit either or documentation specifically referring to the £157.xx, just a general leaflet saying send in bill after 6+12 months, gonna call them and see if they can send confirmation and whinge and maybe ask for a car kit if they have any left!0 -
Ive had the phone a few days not but when trying to make a call it says its not activated yet.
According to e2save it should take 72 hrs, its been more than that now, what shal i do?!0 -
ok, thx, no i definitely didn't get a sim card. how will that work? i got everything else, docs, kits, cd etc. if i use an old sim i'm not hooked up to their contract am i? but they may charge me anyway? i have emailed them.

An old sim might work, would need to unlock the phone first though. Did mine last night and tried an Orange PAYG sim and it seemed OK. GPRS won't work by the looks of it as that's been restricted in the software to only connect to 3s service. As for the phone though, took about 5 mins just to type a text message on it last night! Awful keyboard layout
