u can unlock them to o2 by getting the codes off the net but if u want to use on orange,virging,voda etc then u have to have a factory reset done to reveal a hidden menu, this can only be done by someone who has the equipment, most phone dealers charge between £5 to £10 to do it in Birmingham

Just wanted to say that I also just changed my delivery type - from free to first class, back to free super-saver - it also says "dispatching soon" now on the status!  It has updated the date it will be delivered to 16-17 Dec 2004, what a great result!
