    i've never had insurance before, what does 3 months excess mean?

    true, but it is still a good deal. it's the price of a drink in London for a free phone and 500 mins xnet mins and 100 texts per month.

    ahhh cheers for that info, it does sound a bit crap in that case! (i mean the free insurance thingy, not the phone deal)
