windows systerm assesment wont work

Hiya can some one help me windows systerm assesment wont work keeps commin up with error when i try and rate laptop this has happend since i installed vista premium please can some one help me

the error is the assessment or other operation did not complete successfully. This is due to an error being reported from the operating systerm,driver or other componment

hiya sorry if am beein stupid right am gettin to the view basic info about your computer and it says windows experience index: unrated so i click it and go to rate this computer then it starts loadin does the whole thing then it says assessment complete but the comes up with the error message

i have updated the drivers too but the error message still comes up

Take a look at the log, located at C:\WINDOWS\Performance\Winsat\winsat.log - this will tell you where the error is coming from.
