When i joined i had an email with my memb number and a link to activate the account. no i didnt! ignore me!!!

I had an email almost immediately from them that said:

And that was it. No membership number or anything, I'm meant to receive that with my introductory chocolates.

I check my junk mail every day as things do end up in there that shouldn't, but I've not had anything from Hotel Chocolat recently and most of them go into my inbox anyway.

Sorry just double checked. I got a registration email then later on a tasting club offer confirmation email. this was the 10th and I got chocs this morning.

I still cant see how to cancel my membership - I have gone into tasting club ... I cant see where it says further details.. please help.Thanks

Log in, go to "Manage my Membership, scroll down to the bottom of the page then click "more info" Should be right there

Mmm, my chocs arrived the other day, I've tried some and they are lovely.
I love Hotel Choc anyway, but don't buy very often as they are sooo expensive. But this was a great deal yum yum

ive signed up so will give them to my mum for mothers day. i used quidco for it. i would like to sign my grandpa up too (who doesnt have a credit card), can you get quidco twice and use the same household for the billing address?
