Anyone still waiting? I ordered on the Tues 17th and not had them yet.

Do they come through the letterbox or is it parcel size?

The boxes are letterbox size although they do not fit through the newer size letterboxes.
  • Ordered mine on 14th feb., and nothing yet...
  • Oh good, so it's not just me who has not yet received anything; I think I ordered mine on 14 Feb too.
  • I've just gone into 'my account' on the Tasting club part of the site. Previously it was showing as despatching mine on 21st Feb. This has now been amended to 5th March, so looks like I've still got a bit of a wait for mine! Still, I know they will be delicious......

Did you click on 'my account' , then 'my previous orders'? Mine isn't showing there, just the order from the normal site I did early January. Now wondering if I've pushed my luck by joining hubby up as well!
    Now proud Mumto3 :j
  • Hi. I went into Tasting club, then 'manage my account' and then 'delivery changes', which is where I saw the despatch date. Hope that helps.

Just becareful with these guys, I joined years ago, (pre debt free wanna be ness) and phoned to cancel my membership about a year ago, they said I didn't have to cancel, I could just cut down my chocolate deliveries. So I picked the latest date I could - dec 09 figuring it would be a good Christmas treat.

But I got a box this morning - I can't figure out why but please check the small print.

and to be honest I find their chocolates a bit hit and miss!!

    xx

They sent a large postcard and an email to some if not most customers advising them that unless they cancelled the order they would receive a special box in addition to the usual options!!

    It looked like spam.

I rang them and cancelled my account as I said it is possible that I would get stung for chox I didn't order or want.

I was told I could send them back, I advised that this was inconvenient! They said well give them to charity!! When I stressed I couldn't afford to give their chox to charity, I was informed that they would not charge me for chox that I didnt want!!

So I would suggest calling them and complaining that they have sent unwanted chocolates and see what happens, you may get your money back!!

    Good Luck
ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷

Just checked my account and it shows:

    Regular Delivery (Solid Chocolate)
Auto Debit Active 12 weeks 06/03/2009

So I am guessing the first box has not gone out yet. I ordered it two weeks ago.
