we find the chocolates a bit hit and miss but the worst thing about hotel chocolat is that you will get spam phone calls from 08002585684 for the next 6 months even if you are on tps

I've just received my box of chocolates. It's a huge box and looks fabulous. It would make a great present...but i love chocolates more!

I'm being blind - how do you cancel? I can only find the option to switch delivery to every 12 weeks.

I don't believe that TPS stops you getting calls from companies that you have a relationship with.
Only companies that are cold calling i.e. you have no relationship with.

But thanks for the warning. I will give them a false phone no.

Hi, I received the offer to join through the post as I'm on Hotel Chocolat's mailing list. I accepted the invitation and ordered the chocolates on the 7th but nothing has arrived yet. I'm slightly puzzled as to how people are able to check their membership accounts online as for the Tasting Club you only get your membership number with the delivery of the chocolates...? I already have an account with them and logged in through the Tasting Club and it said that I had to activate my Tasting Club online account using my membership number, etc., which I don't have.

At what point should I contact them to see what's happened? Two weeks after I ordered the chocolates (to keep the Royal Mail happy)? I'm also concerned because I always get the deliveries sent to work as nobody's at home during the day and our post never arrives before 10am, but the Tasting Club wouldn't let me choose a delivery address for this order (although I think you can change it once you're a member). Occasionally the postie will leave things under our door mat (we're in a tenement with a shared stair) so there's always the risk that one of our neighbours has taken our chocolates! I hope not (
