it said I had no orders too, but if you go to the bit where you can change the frequency of deliveries, it said my last delivery was 20/02

it is a very confusing website, and the accounts page thing is really useless. if you have any concerns, just email them, they get back pretty quick.
ps my box hhad a best before date of 1 may on the outside but inide the box, the chocs lasted until june/july!

I emailled and they said after its despatched which was yesterday it can take up to 10 days. so up to 17 days for delivery! doesnt sound right.

I suspect they are saying this because they don't want people emailing and phoning after 2 or 3 days.

As an example Royal mail won't take any action over lost mail for 2 weeks.
That doesn't mean that things take two weeks to get to you, jsut that theyw ant to wait for a reasonably amount of time before inbvestigating queries.
