  • I didn't spend anything today and a friend has had to cancel luch with me on Friday, so I'll be able to save some more for the weekend (silver lining and all that).

Not really been with it today, so I hope I haven't forgotten anything I did buy! I've sent off all my eBay parcels and made just short of thirty pounds before postage. Mustn't grumble, all helps...

Off to watch the FA Cup!

Oh !!!!!!! I cant believe I could of saved £4 by buying the book via this site, I didnt even think to look!! But I have to say I may of gone and brought it anyway, I was in the mood to spend money and as I wanted it anyway I thought it was the safest purchase :) I cant take it back as Ive already started high-lighting bits :) Ive left it on my desk at work so when I feel the need to spend money I can read my book over lunch instead :) but i do feel bad for spending money on this when I could of got it cheaper...Ive failed already :(

Don't be down! Getting Martin's book will help you save lots of money I hope, and more than make up for the few quid you could have saved.
Enjoy it and don't be too hard on yourself ;)

  • Spent £2.99 on meal deal from Boots.

Annoyed as had stuff to make lunch in the fridge at home but ran out of time before I had to leave for a pesky breakfast networking meeting (which I hate!)

Paid with a tenner just to see if any £2 coins were forthcoming... NONE!

At least I saved nearly £2.00 on the meal deal by buying the most expensive items I could find ;)
    Highest debt - £24500

    Current debt - £0 !!!! :)

    Debt-free date - 4 AUGUST 2006 :D

  • well i have had a bad day lol, i spent 39p on a fairtrade chocolate bar (they taste much better than a dairy milk too) and then 40p on two bags of crisps (on for today and one for lunch tommorow). I also sent an ebay parcel for £4.25 but that has already been payed for :)

On the plus side i cashed in £19.65 in postal orders and banked another £32.30 in cheques all from ebay auctions :)

Nothing not a bean today. This is VERY VERY good news after the disaster of yesterday. By the way got the tree all chopped up & back in our garden!!!

Today was good - looked like a 0 spend till daughter decided no more packed lunches - so took £3 to school for school dinner. I'm hoping she soon gets sick of school food - much cheaper to pack up! Good day for income though - $125 from Int sales & £900 cash!! All I need to do now is decide which debt to put it to.....they all seem like no. 1 priorities!!
