Hi I've not managed to get on this site for since Friday and was really looking forward to catching up on everyone's bargains and was really disapointed to read all the posts at first as there seemed to be quite a lot of antagonism towards each other but it seems to have returned to normal and I'm really glad as this is the only moneysaving site I visit and the main reason being the fact that everyone's so friendly so thanks to everyone who makes it so.

Today I got 2 of the Soltan kids packs, a meal deal and 5 packs of Bodyform. I used 5 Bodyform vouchers which I already had, so the total went from £10.43 to £5.43, and I got a skincare/choccies voucher! :T0

I bought ten bodyform today and put a body spray in my basket to take it above ten pounds. when I got to the till and gave the SA my vouchers she said she would have to put them through one at a time meaning I didn't get my voucher for the ten pound spend, i wish the tills would all say the same thing its very confusing!!!0 -
At the very least write an accurate description of the above to Head Office explaining and mentioning each of the times that basic expected levels of Customer Service were not maintained by this woman.

Sorry to hear of your ordeal Megasaver, as usual some very good advice from Dave which I think you should consider following.
Dave, you were asking about non-sticky sun lotion - you really cannot beat P60, may cost a little more than some others but you only need to apply it once a day. Put it on in a morning on dry skin then you must wait for the product to dry thoroughly before going out into the sun. Advice I heard was put it on before having breakfast and then you can be sure it is ok.
Glad to see we have got back to being the usual friendly bunch on here!
