Today I phoned customer services to 'discuss' the 350 points for £35 spend that didn't get added when I did a recent Big Shop with EI, Tony & Guy, etc. (despite picking up a couple of extra items to make up to £35 at suggestion of s/a). She asked for my a/c card number and when I shopped. She knew that on Monday I had receved 1800 points and thought that was enough! Basically told me I was being greedy by wanting the 350 too! I ended the conversation before she took my 1800 away!

Tomorrow I will take back some Lynx (Remember: use one voucher for each) as I didn't get exra points. I wonder what they will do about my £4 saved?

id ring back and speak to someone else and complain both about not gettin your points and about the frosty reception fropm teh first customer 'services' woman! grrr! have a bloody good go coz thats not on!

Packs of Bodyform new generation have a voucher on the top with £1 coupon off your next purchase. They are normally around £1.37 but are on offer in boots at 99p. So all you need do is buy one or two packs and use the coupons to get more packs with vouchers on.

    Hope that helps

I remember reading on here that somebody had ripped the vouchers off first and handed them over at the till. Someone had also done it that way when shopping at Tesco.
  • Hi I went to Boots today and was told that the Avene bag could only be purchased if you brought an Avene item, I said no my sister had already brought some items (botanics) and the till had accepted the transaction, anyway she tried it and it went through the till but the SA wandered off and must have got chatting to someone and came back and just got awkward and asked me to show her the sign, I thought forget this I really don't want to stand here arguing with her as to be fair I really didn't need the bag and just walked away. Bad day!

Plus found the children's Soltan but it's only factor 15 isn't that too low for children or is everyone planning to use it for themselves.

Come on everyone cheer me up, I've had a bad Boots experience today and I feel really down and might even consider......giving this Boots addiction up now......

ring up and complain! say youre too upset to return to booots EVER again youll get a gift card which you can then take back to boots and spend at that silly SA's till and tell her why you got it! hehe!

not happy today. no decent offers on machine & didn't get vouchers for £10 spend as part of it was baby milk. if i had realised i would have made up the £10 another way & got milk from asda where it is cheaper! checked receipt at home as toddler was whinging in boots & my £2 voucher off huggies nappies has only taken £1 off! not my day.

  • Oh, and there wasn't any £16 No7 voucher which came with the new card, even though "our baby" is due around June sometime. ;)
Unless they send it out separately.

everything comes out sepeartely, card, mag and vouchers, book of treats, card on teh birth, more voucher etc. you get tonnes of stuff! :)

Leeds Kirksall store have no Avene, none that I could see anyway. I did manage to get the kids soltan pack for £2.49 but it was the last on the shelf.

TS mouse and styling mud were half price, would of been fab had I managed to get a voucher from AC but there was only rubbish!

Does anyone who uses the Leeds city centre store know if they sell buggys upstairs? I've got enough points for one that I've seen online and am hoping they have some there.

    TIA Janine
