2. Take them back and exchange them . You can exchange skincare but not cosmetics.

3. If you have the receipt get a refund.

Doesn't seem any logic to voucher distribution - my mother hadn't used her card for, I think, around five years but when I took it to see what balance was (100 pts) and then used it just once for small purchase, she started to get offered exactly same as I do - including EI last week.

take em back and get cash with a reciept and exhange without?

not if you 'forget' your card! they can only take points off by putting it into the card reader.
