I have looked at the bill after that and total it out and the SA got it wrong so no
10 pounds but 8- so that's why I did not get the reduction, so tomorrow I will return all the item... it is a shame as my 11 year old boy was kin on the face wash and the hair wax!.

I would in normal circunstances, but none in Worcester where I work, and tomorrow night my daughter is on a play so no cruising brum and saturday to sunny spain to see my pourly dad.

You're not going to just return them and leave them are you?

Get something else in "MENS" to take the total over £10 and ask for the items to be refunded and immediately put thru the till again. Just explain you want to get the reduction.

Remember - The TS full-price Lip Balms are £2.50 - that alone would probably take you over the £10 and you can use the balm for yourself!

EDIT - Just read above post. Forgot you were off to Spain. Have a safe trip, hope your Dad is OK and that the family like all the Boots goodies you'll be taking out!

its part of avene stuff but more specialised for very dry or ezema skin etc.
