_pale_ ahhhhhhhh, poor you. i did get mine in 7days ( 7 working days,lol). Wonder why its now 14 to 21 days????? Been a rush of lost cards do you think ....... or have many of us applied for a 2nd card :rolleyes: I know i did!

Try asking firends/ workmates etc if they have one and do they use it. Someone might take pity on you and lend you a card

You have my deepest sympathy, may the bootsforce be with you in this darkest of times!!!

Hi jenpoptab - Re the Avene After Sun & Washbag freebie, not sure if it's available online, but I'd imagine the obvious answer is to give it a go and see what value (ie if it's £NIL) comes up when you add items to you basket. (Maybe add it after first putting in some Botanics facial items too, as they were supposed to be the cheapest value items if you wanted to exactly abide by the promotion T & C's.)
