Have just looked on the discussion thread - eek! Perhaps not everyone agrees with sharing bargains and tips, either that or I've misinterpreted some comments!

Glad to return to the Boots thread really! :iloveyou:

Please could you give me a link to the discussion thread - I am curious.

i was only teasing and i was really nice when i asked if she was a fellow mse user. i never set out to be nasty or anything just abit of fun

:heartsmil You haven't seemed nasty and I don't think anyone here has been anything more than teasing or disapproving - sorry if I gave the impression that I felt otherwise. I just think it can be hard to walk into a large room where people are talking about you (sort of thing!)

I emailed them ( Customer Service) on MOnday too and have yet to get a reply - so I phoned and 500 points have been added to my card for any inconvenience cause.
Ps I am not the Ebay seller!
I managed to avoid Boots today - I feel like saying to every one - ' Hi I am Amanda and I am a recovering Boots addict ( although a bit early to say I suppose.....)
No Longer addicted to Boots! - Well not today anyway!! :blushing:

Sorry, not sure how to do them, but scroll down through the threads listed at the bottom of this page and click on Discussion, just under Money Savers Arms, and then you will see the question. :heartsmil

Edit: look in Forum Jump box - just in case I didn't make myself clear enough!

Well I phoned cs and they put my order for huggies through again (I paid for 6 but he's going to go in on monday and manually refund me 3 packs and refund my postage :) )

So I cant ask for more than that! Also - dont know if this is documented anywhere ... but you get a small free gift when you spend £20 on baby (nappies wipes etc) He said it looks like it will be a moisturising wash ... not guaranteed ... but will be a nice bonus if I do get it.

Still think they were lacking somewhat in not replying to my emails ... but....hey-ho

Even I feel a bit on this one - had a couple of things to return to Boots, came to just over £10, so went round and carefully picked just enough to take me slightly over my refund...

Anyway, went back to the till and ended up getting a gift card back to the value of 9p, and a skin care voucher!

Checked my receipt after, and I'd picked up a Bodyform, but she'd scanned my £1 voucher twice, so I ended up with an additional £1 off the shopping. Did seem a bit greedy taking the skincare voucher though, cos it wasn't like I was really spending anything new... only swapping around what I already had spent....

Just read the discussion too. Oh dear! Poor Derbylady was really ripped into- quite unfairly I think!!! Its horrible when discussion forums turn nasty and counterproductive!

Absolutely certain - have got my receipt in front of me. Only handed over one voucher, and SA scanned it just the once. I only bought Bodyform and the TS miniatures, and the 'Offer Points' section of the receipt says 300. Either I got lucky, or the glitch is still appearing with certain products
Sorry to go on Frogling but could you post the exact products (plus sizes eg 50ml, 150ml etc) to see if others have had the same.

There may be a glitch within a glitch here! :)
