SO ... I email them saying I'm not happy - why didn't they call me. NO REPLY so I emailed them again a few days ago to ask about a/ the original query and b/why they've never returned my call.

Still no reply :mad:

When I emailed them last week it took 3 days to receive a reply - perhaps you should try a phone call?

I don't know about e-mail but I recently wrote to Boots Customer Services at their Thane Road West address (on the back of their receipts), sent it recorded delivery and it was dealt with within two days.

Im still waiting on a reply from an email i sent on Monday evening. If i dont hear by tonight will be following it up.

Absolutely certain - have got my receipt in front of me. Only handed over one voucher, and SA scanned it just the once. I only bought Bodyform and the TS miniatures, and the 'Offer Points' section of the receipt says 300. Either I got lucky, or the glitch is still appearing with certain products

hi i bought £10 worth of t s today, some minis but mostly big all old and reduced. the a c machine only gave me 3 vouchers and each voucher scanned once with 300 point total. in north london branch. i dont care at least i'm gettin somat now.
