At last I got an EI voucher in the AC machine. I bought 12 products on BOGOF but only got 150 points. I'll keep a few as they are still a good buy at £1.66 for two but the Cream coloured ones stink, I'll return those tomorrow.

No reduced TS in Kettering store. I was going to look for the BOGOF razors but the store was full of trolleys as they were putting out new stock, I got sick of trying to get a double buggy around the shop. I stocked up chewing gum for DP to make it up to £10 so I got a skincare voucher.

I used a skincare voucher I had. The SA tried to tell me that I couldn't use it on the Olay product I had so I pointed out in the T&C that I could!

I also got some BOGOF toothpaste. I'll go back for the Karvol tomorrow as thats a good buy, you can neverf have too much Karvol with two snotty toddlers.

My friend at work bought the karvol drops at lunch time and the 200 points were not added and had to be added manually..The points worked for the vapour rub and capsules..check your reciepts

The "Spend £10, Get £4 off" should be on most Mens Toiletries.

I've not read any exclusions for miniatures recently, and indeed have had the reduction myself when buying mini's (although not FCUK mini's).

How much exactly did you spend on Mens Toiletries? A similar question was raised the other day, but the poster then noticed one item hadn't gone thru the till, so the magic £10 hadn't actually been reached.

It may be worth noting that the Boots flyer advertising Valentine's offers - including the £4 off Mens - mentioned that the offers were valid until 15 Feb. Whether this offer is continuing beyond the 15 Feb nationwide, and if so for how long, is uncertain.

Hi frogling - are you certain that your 300 points were applied solely because of the TS miniatures? Because others have indicated that the TS 100 points voucher is only applying one lot of 100 points per transaction? Or did your fave SA put them thru as 3 separate transactions with 3 different TS vouchers?

I remember this seller from last summer when we were all selling the Boots "little me" sets.

I reported her for having a shill bidder pushing up the prices of her auctions, even a child could have spotted what was going on. As soon as her item had a bid the "shill bidder" kept bidding it up - The shill bidder was a newbie in the same area, she was also selling the Royal Mail special delivery bags.
Definitely an MSE'r - wonder where she gets all the D Ryman and Korres stuff from - must work in Boots as well.

Can anyone tell me how long i usually takes Boots customer care to return their emails? I made an order on boots.com before xmas and it included bogof huggies little swimmers. They sent the wrong ones and I returned them for an exchange. I specifically said if there was a problem they should call me (gave them home & mobile no's). Well - no response and later I find out they've just refunded me (not what I wanted as they were on bogof).

SO ... I email them saying I'm not happy - why didn't they call me. NO REPLY so I emailed them again a few days ago to ask about a/ the original query and b/why they've never returned my call.

Still no reply :mad:
