    Hi chachiluz - hope everything's OK. :)

Check out the earlier posts - it seems they've now tightened the TS loophole. What do we care - they'll be another turn up soon!

(Hope everyone liked the Boots freebies!)

Hi, Does anyone know if you are still getting multiple points with the FCUK minnies? It worked for me yesterday.Everyone seems to be trying with the Trevor Sorbie minnies but they didn't attract points for me only the FCUK. Idid get the £4 discount though with the £10 spend using the TS minnies.

Has anyone seen ipods for sale in store?

Yes - me! And I bought one, and went on and on about saving my points for it a couple of threads ago!

I got a very nice 2gb nano ipod for £140 ish and paid with points - yippee! :happyhear

Unfortunately ds took the bag off the SA and I haven't seen it since!

The ipods were in quite a big store, alongside the photo stuff and phones, there were some older ones there - more gb but bit bigger, and the same price as mine, also some of the posh video ones. Try phoning one of the big Boots in your area to find out whether they sell them.

  • Thank you so much Mummysaver!

I've tried calling a few big ones around me but they only had them for christmas. I guess i will ahve to keep trying.

Does anyone have any idea if boots are going to let us spend point online?

I don't know where you are, but I am sure that they had them in the Reading (Oracle) branch and the Preston branch - although that may have just been for Christmas. If you ring Customer Services they can do a store check for you - they did that when we were looking for a specific camera that I had found online but wanted to buy with points. In the end they located one in a small branch that I would never have thought of looking in!

    Good luck!

I've had a problem with the EI voucher.
I dont think it was a till problem, because the voucher never made it as far as the till :(
The same grumpy SA who had followed me around the store made sure that it was her that served me,and before I could stop her she grabbed a pen and scribbled straight through the barcode of the EI voucher, announcing "this one has to be added manually!"
Of course she only added one lot of points,& when I protested, she pointed out that as she had "watched me make 500 points on lynx click not 10 minutes ago" that I didnt really have any grounds to complain.. :(:(:(

What a COW!! I did the 500 points with Lynx today at Bluewater - might return them though as they are very difficult to spray with that silly clicking button and DS has dyspraxia!

I get them in a box of 3 for £11, so I'd imagine the singles are about £4 each.

£14.99 for a box of 6 in Robert Dyas this week.

Just returned from another successful day at Boots. Got 6 TS Shave Gel - full size and 2 deodrants to make up to the £10 spend on mens stuff. Also bought 2 No 7 Pre Holiday Conditioning Face SErum @£7.50 Bogof so put the lilac bag in basket just in case, also 2 bodyform. The £4 off didn't kick in , neither did the 100 points on ach TS product, so I said to SA, he manually refunded £4, and added on my extra 500 points!! He wasn't chuffed though - on reading receipt - he has only put through 5 Shaving gel and not 6 and that is why the discount didn't come off!. Also got another £5 skincare voucher, so that is another TD Hand and NAil cream, Spent £12.97 in total for all that - delighted. It is definately worth trying the No7 tanning products with the lilac bag - I am so glad I did - now have a 250 points coupon to use .......
No Longer addicted to Boots! - Well not today anyway!! :blushing:
