In my store (Wokingham) the detox products are just sitting on the two shelving units they have in the middle of the main shop floor. I'm not sure where they were before that (I had never noticed the products before). The packaging is white frosted plastic with a mottled lilac panel on. The items in the range that they have on offer in W'ham are the salt scrub, hair shamp/buff duo, masks (3 sachets in small plastic box) and body brushes (again - boxed). I imagine they were previously sitting with the natural collection / mediterranean products.
Actually, normally the Detox range is near the pharmacy bits - sort of where the alternative medicines, essential oils etc are. The reason I know this is because I was offered the 200 points voucher before, but it was full price then, so I didn't bother. :)

Having said that, now that the range is reduced, it might be in the clearance section in some stores now

Ah, thanks Sparky and Sam :)

If there are new vouchers, it infers that they will still be handing them out till the end of month, presumably still with a £10 spend - but I guess the proof will be in the Bootsing over the next few days! ;)

It'll get posted here v. quick if a pattern of no vouchers were to happen.

Valid for use against Olay Regenerist, Olay Total Effects, RoC, Daniele Ryman, Boots Time Delay, Simple Regeneration Plus (excludes all other Simple Products), Eau Thermale Avene & Aderma, L'Oreal Dermo Expertise Revitalift, L'Oreal Dermo Expertise Wrinkle Decrease, L'Oreal Dermo Expertise Renoviste, L'Oreal Dermo Expertise Refinish (excludes all other L'Oreal products).

A bit of info about the new voucher....posted earlier.

BTW, I called CS about the lack of skincare vouchers in Speke store yesterday. I missed out on two. The nice CS woman said they had some there and will post 2 out to me. Might be worth trying if your branch had none.

Looks like they are now changing the Detox packaging and getting rid of the old stock. All the new Detox is in a different colour pack in our store.
  • ...i went round the store twice today, i got some of the new style TS for hubby for valentines and after knocking off the £4 it came to £9.66!! stupid woman that i am, i didnt realise i should have picked up a couple of packs of chewing to push it over £10.00 to get the voucher!!
I went into my store, having done almost exactly the same thing, grovelled, and asked if they would refund said items, and let me buy some more. Bless her, she did, and I ended up walking away with four more things for free - they'd had a fit and marked down some Lynx to half price.

Don't feel embarassed - tell them the truth that you messed up the offer and see what happens.

  • used my daughters card as she never goes to the machine to print off vouchers only to see how many points available
so every now and then i borrow her card to use.. her loss!! mind she doesn't complain about all the lovely stuff she gets off me from mr boots
i managed to get an ei voucher and took the last 14 hand washes from the shelf
since getting all these skincare frebbies i don't use soap anymore and can't get enough hand and face washes (OH and DS excluded) it's a case of "girls only products" with the 3 of us it goes quickly
    so lets hope it continues!
loads of EI in the metrocentre gateshead and team valley also tons of reduced hard candy make-up
still a lot of xmas stuff reduced at team valley

Does anybody know if the reduced Hard Candy still go through as buy 2 save £5?

    Thanks!
Yes I've bought loads of it now, even if the SA has to override the price it still takes the £5 off on the till, I've done it 4 times now and 4 times its worked and not ma single SA has ever mentioned it, there aren't any signs up in Cribbs about it at all, so not sure when it ends!

The SA was lovely today - told me they were on 3 for 2, I had put three in just in case - but at least he said. He gave me the skincare voucher, which I used on reduced Aderma product - half price to £4.70 - he wasn't sure if it would work but said he would give it a try anyway. What a difference from my frosty face I had to deal with last week.
Anyone ever had a crabby male SA?

Something for the Staff Training people at Boots to think about? ;)

I've always found the male SA's are lovely, I usually go to the one on the Pharmacy counter in my local branch.
Always find the female SA's like to shout out how many points I have on my card and then I'm a nervous wreck in case someone overhears and mugs me for my card :blushing:
