EDIT: @Chippy....according to the release notes (under the 'products supported' documentation), that particular graphics is indeed supported.

Hmmm, the GeForce FX 5600 and 5600 Ultra are in the list of supported products, but not the GeForce FX Go5600.

No, you shouldn't need to contact them, just go to their support site and look for the drivers there. What's the make and model of your laptop?

Note that with Nvidia drivers you have to uninstall the existing driver first via Control Panel - Add Remove Programs - Nvidia Display Drivers, then restart.

gericom are so annoying!!!!!!!!!!!

they basically said "it sound like a software problem.....so its not covered by the warrenty....therefore if you send it back you'll have to pay the postage and repair costs..however we'll speak to service centre (who i'm not allowed to speak to) and see if they can do something" "we'll contact you but we don't know when that will be"

its a new harddrive / graphics card and memory that they installed!!!!!!!
