laptop has recently had its memory, hard drive and graphics card replaced by manufactuer............is this a software issue, should i try to install drivers?
should i send it back?

any thoughts on what the error message means

To resolve this issue, use the following methods in the order in which they are presented.

NOTE: Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.

Identify Your Video Adapter

If you are using Microsoft Windows 98, click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

I think you have to download the drivers from your laptop maker's site, as this card isn't supported by NVidia's Forceware Release 80 drivers (search the release notes on http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_81.98.html and your card isn't listed).
